These guys were awesome. They helped me pick out the right mattress and the size. I don't sleep very well but the new mattress is bought, i do find it hard to not want to get out of bed. Is just so comfy. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress @ an awesome price. They even delivered to my new place and set it up for me 20$. Cant beat that !!! Thanks Guys

I cannot recommend Mattress Mill enough. Incredible staff, excellent customer service, and the mattresses are made onsite. Katie was great to work with, and like the other reviews said, sales was not pushy. Easy to work with. Lane is top-notch customer service; the delivery guys were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend!

We had purchased a Costco mattress which was like sleeping on a solid board. Walked into Mattress Mill and the gal was so helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy or upselling at all. She helped me pick out a mattress that met my needs and when I brought my husband in to confirm, she was again delightful and helpful. We purchased a mattress and love it! The delivery was on time and easy, and I can 100% recommend Mattress Mill for this important and significant purchase.

The customer service at Mattress Mill is incredible! They are very laid back, not pushy but very helpful. Our mattress ended up not being a good fit for us, but Mattress Mill did everything they could to help us find a good firmness/ solution. In the end we returned our mattress, but they never made us feel bad that it wasn't a good fit for us and were super helpful in the return process. Would definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a new mattress!

Great local business. Everyone we interacted with knew the situation top to bottom. The delivery guy even talked us through last minute tweaks to our setup that saved us hundreds. Great experience, great bed, great local company. Worth the money.

We got a soft mattress, and upgraded to the cooling foam. It is like sleeping on a plywood board. And it is not cooling, if anything it feels like it retains heat

Mattress Mill is a 5-star company! We've had our mattress for over a year now and it still feels brand new. I can't say enough good things about the company and the product! If you want quality and a local brand, it doesn't get much better than this one.

I can't say enough good about Mattress Mill., Their products are very superior in all respects! The staff deserves an A+. They welcome you as you walk in the door and you have their undivided attention always. They represent their products with honesty and accuracy. The delivery staff was in constant touch with me and arrived exactly when promised. They were very professional, courteous and very careful in my home. The whole team was extremely knowledgeable, professional and sincere in helping my wife and I with our mattress selection. Even the two gentleman that loaded the mattress into our pickup did so with great care and professionalism. Great customer service! I would recommend Mattress Mill to anyone.

We went to the Mattress Mill to inquire about having 3” cut off of each side of a king size mattress. We were buying a new 5th wheel loved everything about the RV except the size of the bed and wanted a mattress a little bigger then the typical queen size. Bishes RV recommended Mattress Mill because they were quite good at customizing. We were helped by a gentleman by the name of Stacy. He was SO knowledgeable and gave us the option of 2 different mattresses and explained the features of each and how they could suit our needs. We are more then happy at the final product. The bed is extremely comfortable and Stacy kept us informed throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier! PS the prices were quite reasonable too!

These folks go further than customer service, they strive to provide value vs just answering questions. They offer solutions, ideas and are always friendly.
