Great experience for what can often be a miserable chore - moving! We had a lot of “stuff” accumulated from 45 years of marriage into semi-organized chaos. The Mesa crew of 5 made it look far more orderly and simpler than we could have imagined. Awesome job, guys! Recommend any of you unconditionally to anyone doing a move. Thank you all!

Dan and Steven went above and beyond this morning when they delivered, unpacked, and assembled my household goods this morning. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and resourceful. I couldn't be happier with their service and would absolutely use them again.

We needed furniture moved out and stored during our office remodel. Our experience with Mesa Moving in Bozeman was terrible.
I should have taken heed when the sales person was slow to respond and send quotes.
A prior to move-out, I requested tags from Mesa to mark furniture and boxes so we'd know which office they should be returned to when we moved back into our remodeled office. I was told no tags were needed. I assumed that meant they had their own system to know where furniture belonged. I was wrong.
Move in day last week was ridiculous. It began with furniture being moved into our office that was not our furniture. Which means it took even more time for them to move it back out and reload the truck.
When the two trucks with our furniture finally arrived, the movers had NO idea where items belonged and our team had to direct where each box and piece of furniture should be left.
We will not use Mesa Moving again in the future and do not recommend them.

Ser and Willmer did a great job delivering and assembling my new bedframe. There were some screws missing in the shipment and they were able to use some they had on hand to complete the assembly. They were polite, left my place perfectly clean, and fast!

Very unsatisfied with this moving company. We used them twice and were left with damaged items each time. They ignored our instructions on handling specific items, wrapping sellable products, and transporting with care, causing unnecessary stress and damage.
The worst part was how they treated our belongings—nothing was wrapped or protected properly. They dropped a Mac computer and $3,000 worth of sellable products, causing major damage, and didn’t offer to pay for dry cleaning or repairs. After negotiating, they only offered $90 to cover it all—a complete joke given the damage. They also never offered insurance or a signed agreement, then used that against us when negotiating.
Customer service was just as bad—rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. They made us feel like an inconvenience instead of offering solutions. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Find a more professional, reliable company.

Thrilled with the delivery of our console....so much care taken in the unpacking, attaching the legs, placing it in the room while being so careful of the console while navigating the small space and other furnishings. And taking all the significant amount of packing. I received a timely call that they were on their way and within 30 minutes of their arrival, everything was perfect. A shout out to Willimer and Sev for a job well done!!!

Dimitri, Victor, Rolando and the female who was working with them (forgot her name) were on time, courteous and speedy. They moved all of my furniture and boxes into a storage unit in an organized fashion. They took care to inspect the furniture and made sure every box was accounted for. One of the easiest moves I’ve had. I will use Mesa again and highly recommend them.
