A client's 5 gallon pail had splatters on the label and using partial information that was still readable, he was able to locate the order, take a photo of the invoice with all the pertinent data on it and text it to me - all in matter of minutes and over the phone. I buy everything from Sherwin Williams because not only is the paint more economical in the long run - most times you need fewer coats than less expensive paint - but they're personal attention and customer care before, during and after the transaction delightfully reminds me of your hometown store of old, where they treated you like you were a neighbor.
