I came to this dealership to test drive a 2023 SQ5. While I ultimately went with a different vehicle, the test drive experience was great. The prime location allows you to assess the car in varying situations/speed (freeway access and curvy roads). We worked with Nolan who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. I would be happy to work with him in the future and recommend him as your go to.

We ordered an Audi A6 Allroad last fall and were told up front that the Audi factory can be slow in building special orders, so we expected a long wait. . Today, we got a call that due to supply chain issues at Audi in Germany, they wouldn't be able to build our car. That bad news was balanced by the fact that they actually had a very similar car on the lot. It wasn't exactly what we ordered but it was close and they made a very fair equitable adjustment for the trouble. So this evening, we have a new Audi in the driveway and it was as pleasant as any car buying experience ever. Max was great, as were the delivery folks, and we think that the replacement car is actually better than the one we ordered (mostly due to paint and interior colors). Totally professional, courteous and friendly sales folks.

Super great service from Matt and the crew at Audi Bozeman. We had an urgent situation and they patiently and thoroughly vetted my concerns and attended to my vehicle in record time. My experience so far with this Audi team, from Max my incredibly informed sales rep and the ever helpful Colter, to Woody and Matt in the service department has been really satisfying and responsive in the friendliest manner. Tyler and crew at Bozeman Audi and VW did it again. The service from the Ressler auto group has always been unsurpassed from sales to follow up needs. We're happy in supporting our local families and dealerships in Bozeman as they support local in return. Our new VW after years of Chevys is a welcome switch in size. So happy the service continued to be wonderful. Thanks Bozeman Audi/ VW for keeping the family tradition strong!

I want to express my deepest appreciation to Max Ricci for his professionalism and efforts to locate a Certified Pre-Owned Audi A6 with very specific options on it. I came from Colorado to Billings; MT seeking to retire and obtain my dream car. I went to Audi - Bozeman and was greeted by a very nice person who referred me to Max because he was currently with a client. Max took me on a test drive because I had never ridden in an Audi before, but heard a lot of excellent things about them. Wow was I amazed! The A6 was exactly what I wanted but could not afford a new one. Max immediately began looking for what I wanted. Unfortunately, the Audi dealership in CO knew what I wanted prior to visiting Bozeman and called within a few days with the perfect car for me and my budget. It was a demo driven by one of the owners that was just made available for sale. I could not refuse the offer and regret not being able to buy the car from Max. You will NOT go wrong by contacting Max at Audi - Bozeman, even if you live out-of-state! He is honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the Audi product with many years of experience to back up what he says. Thank you, Max. I hope to purchase a new Audi sometime in the next six years and will definitely seek you out.

I have been getting service here for about 2 years. The staff is great and they have been pretty much the same people for two years. I always seem to have a great experience, they are on time and just so friendly and accommodating. Best service department ever.

I appreciate the friendly, competent service I have received for many years from this Audi Dealership. I don't mind the 95 mile drive to get service because I am confident it will be done right the first time without having to go back for corrections on repair.

While traveling from Oregon requested same-day emergency service to scan car due to check engine light to ensure car was safe to continue trip - response was that they could schedule service in about a week. Useless!

I will never return to this dealership or service shop again. The employees in the service department are crooks, super rude and very condescending. I dropped my car off for what I was told would take almost two complete days to have the recalls fixed. When dropping it off I was asked if I wanted to do the 75,000 mile check up. I signed for it to be done left and called back less than 20 minutes later to tell them I had just paid to have it serviced in Billings. I was told the 75,000 mile checkup had already been completed (in less than 15 minutes???). When asked why they would replace a spark plug that was replaced less than 1,000 miles previously the guy told me their mechanics do what they are told. He proceeded to tell me that I am not able to comprehend what he is saying and that it must be over my head. I made several calls to try and get them to put my old (new) spark plug back in and I would just pay the labor which would have only been 30 minutes. Needless to say after over 30 minutes on hold, arguing with two different very rude employees (Mike and Kyle), and having to leave a voicemail nothing was done. I now have almost a $600 bill for services that were just completed. They also told me the recalls would take two days (which I arranged being able to leave my car there for two days), which in the end didn't even take the afternoon bc they called back later the same day saying it was done. Never buy an Audi living in Montana. You are at the mercy of this dealership which I have never had a good experience with in the 5 years I've had that car. On top of it the secondary radiator went out in my car 100 miles past the warranty. Audi told me they would give me a free oil change to make up for it. That oil change is no where in their system. I got the number to the corporate Audi and will file a formal complaint, however after over 1/2 hour on hold twice I haven't been able to get through yet.

My review is for Max the Italian salesman...he was very thorough and helped with any question or concerns we had. We are very picky and had many questions and asked to see multiple cars. He never made us feel rushed and treated us like family. We will recommend you to all our friends!!!
