We rented with peak for 3 1/2 years. The staff is always willing to help. If anything needed work at the place they were fast to come fix it. Greg gets a 5 star review for his awesome attitude and good work at our place. The $500 lease break fee was pretty expensive in my opinion, but other than that they are a great company...

Absolutely love the girls at Peak Property! So extremely helpful and really do care about you. Love the way they do pre-approval applications and every part of my process has been great. 10/10 rent from them!
