PETS provided excellent care to our cat when we had an emergency late at night. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, the waiting rooms were nice and clean, and our cat was well taken care of.

We had our lil pup get into some chocolate covered raisins outside of our bet hours and this crew was so fast to help and reasonable. That kept us looped in, worked with poison control and offered us extra cautious options or more reasonable ones. They were also so busy! They had five other dogs in there, one with a laceration for a mountain lion and they treated everyone so well and stayed so on top of it! It was so amazing to watch and we completely trusted them because they were so kind and professional

On Christmas Day they were quick to help us address a parasite issue and assuage any fears and concerns. The doctor spent some time with us answering additional questions and a vet tech showed us an effective method of getting the oral treatment in. Everyone was kind and friendly. Greatly appreciated, would highly recommend! Thanks again for being open on Christmas Day.

We very visiting West Yellowstone from Canada, when our dog Auggie developed a bad infection requiring immediate care. As it was a Sunday, it was a impossible to find any vet near by open. We found PETS on the internet, so drove over 95 minutes hoping for the best. Which is exactly what we found. I was extremely stressed as Auggie was so sick so unfortunately don't remember everyone's name. From the lovely, sweet receptionist, the 3 caring, professional vet techs and Dr. Kelsey Heiberg, everyone went above and beyond to help us and Auggie. Mere words can't convey how supportive, professional and caring all these people were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring veterinary care. They are amazing!! A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone for your excellent care, not only for Auggie but for me too. I am deeply grateful.

I called these people because my dog was choking. I was distressed but not panicked. The woman who answered had no urgency, even when I said my dog was choking. She immediately sounded annoyed with me and asked, "Is he choking, or is it a just reverse sneeze?" I told her I didn't know what that was, so she got even more frustrated. She described what a revers sneeze was. I replied, "I'm not sure. That could be it." At which point she exacerbatedly began to lecture me on staying calm in tense situations. At this point, my dog was still choking, so I hung up and threw him in my car to rush him to another clinic. My dog never stopped choking. I got him to a clinic in time. He is okay now, but I will never call this clinic again, and I will recommend against them to everyone. I've never actually thought someone should be fired before. I've always thought that most workplace impropriety could be solved with training. However, in this situation, the only thing that could get me to consider this a legitimate business would be a personal apology and the firing or resignation of that employee. Until then, I have to consider this, not just a bad business but bad people.

Our dog went into labor unexpectedly at 6 am on a Saturday. We were able to be seen right away at PETS. If you're searching for a place where expertise meets compassion, where professionalism goes hand in hand with genuine care, then PETS is the destination you're seeking. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of exceptional veterinary care, especially during life's most critical moments.

We had to wait an an hour and 20 minutes to be seen even though my dog was obviously in pain and had pale gums. The doctor did diagnostics and missed a bleeding spleen mass that was found by my regular vet the next day. I contacted PETS and asked for a partial refund because I had to pay for duplicate services the next day, but was denied.

2hr wait only to watch other dogs to be seen and check out. When I inquired why? I was told they were more urgent. How would you know if you never looked at our dog? We left and pray no one has to step a paw in the place.

PETS took very good care of our two Australian shepherds for 2 days. We are very grateful they were open during the night. We were particularly impressed with Dr. Haugland who is kind, knowledgeable, and has a fantastic bedside manner. The supporting staff were all wonderful as well. Thank you!

Excellent, caring service. Our little dog ate something on the weekend and was quite sick. We took her here and though the wait was long, the staff and doctor were extremely caring and kind. It's not the first time our little dog has gotten into something she shouldn't have and we are grateful they are here and open on weekends and holidays. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect! My rabbit started showing signs of GI Stasis. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Got my bunny Sarah right in. Doctor Swanson did an excellent job at examining and treating my ill bunny. ? After about 8 hours of checking on her, she was finally eating and pooping again by 11am the next day ? Thank you so much!! I will definitely be back if I ever need you again. ? Sarah is very happy too

Very impressed with the rapid, compassionate care provided to our lab after she decided to try to make friends with a porcupine. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Pricewise: $440 for evaluation, sedation, monitoring, quill removal (including some from her gums and palate), and prescription anti-inflammatory. Seemed reasonable to us for emergency care, especially considering 3 other vets (including her primary provider) refused to see her unscheduled. It gives us great peace of mind knowing we have this valuable resource nearby. Thank you, P.E.T.S.!

Our dog had a large seizure at 4am, we hurried her here by 5am the seizures had already stopped. The vet was so kind and explained options to have her evaluated further with a specialist. The cost was reasonable for the emergency service and we appreciated that. We did take her advice for further evaluation at Bridger and they were wonderful and put our concerns at ease with further tests.

This is our second time in two weeks being here, my dog decided to have two separate infections flare up after hours. So the first thing right off the bat manage expectations, this is one of two 24 hour emergency veterinary care facilities in Montana, the wait is long because more people are using these services and very critical injuries are being treated. Second these people really care, they are doing their best to help our furry family members on the off hours. My first visit the payment didn’t get recorded. When I got there for the second visit we worked it out. This is part of life errors happen things get overlooked but it’s not an excuse to be a j**** That’s the time to be kind and more understanding. One of the vets Jennifer I believe stayed later to see my dog, so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer than I already had. They are great at answering questions and giving all information they possibly can about the situation your pet is in. This place is doing most of Montana a great service and I am super thankful they are here.Selah
