this place is a joke.... nobody working counter and one person in the drive thru. god forbid you have envelopes available so people could drop off a deposit instead of waiting for ever.

Good bank to go to if you want to wait over an hour to do anything. The customer service from the tellers are awful. They do not care or have any urgency at this place.

Where has customer service gone? Sitting in their lobby waiting for a representative for over 30 minutes for a simple transaction that can't be done by ATM. Still waiting..... Atleast I have time to leave this review.

Let me illustrate an scenario for you all- US bank declared a net income of "$1,673 million" (pulled from their website) in the final quarter of 2021. Deposit growth was $18.4 billion (from their website). Yet, when I cashed a check there today that was payed to me via a customer, the bank took $7 of my money for not being a customer of the bank. You literally penalize people for being a third party that was unfortunate enough to be written a check from US bank. Yeah, I can't imagine why I wouldn't want to open an account here. Like, US bank doesn't make enough money and you have to extort money from third party check cashing? I would never conduct business with an organization that holds these practices. You're a bank! What other purpose do you serve outside of handling money? Good thing you got my $7 bucks, how would the company survive without it?! Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible bank and customer service. Came in to add someone to an account, us and 3 other customers were told to leave because they were "too busy" with an hour left before they close. One of the 4 people working was helping a customer the other 3 said they were leaving early so come back some other time. Don't waste your time here like we did.

Yeah your hours only seem to suit the needs of the bank and not the people who give you your business. Every week both us banks are only open 1-2 days compared to Mon-Fri, which makes no sense.

this bank sucks. i wrote a check from wells fargo and they took out 1,000 dollars more then i put on the check. so now i have to get all my money back that they took. horrible horrible business.

This is the worst bank I have ever stepped foot it. I had to wait 15 minutes before someone would help me and there was no one in front of me. The employees are just standing around talking and not helping people. Then they wouldn't let me deposit money into my fathers account cause my name wasn't on it. This bank is a fucking shit hole.

If you enjoy ludicrous company policies, managers that can't help you with any sort of issue, being charged fees regardless of auto draft protection and terrible business hours, this might be the bank for you. Everyone else's standards are probably much higher though.

Rhonda and Taylor are the best. I have always had the best customer service from them. In fact on several occasions Taylor and Rhonda have both gone above and beyond protocol to help me fix my finances. I recommend US bank for their locations everywhere, for their personal bank tellers, for their financial assistance, and for the best dog treats around town.

Went to the drive thru for service since their lobby was closed after 4p because normal people work sometimes right?. I sent in my US Bank cash card that needed to be reloaded. The gal who addressed me initially was fine. A few seconds later someone began hollering at me thru the speaker but it wasn't the original lady. This other employee hollers in a rude tone. She refused to handle this process and said they would only do it in their lobby Mon-Fri. It was a simple cash card reload. She was extremely abrupt, unfriendly, rude. Zero customer service. I could have handled a no in a whole different manner, but the way she treated me was over the top rude and unnecessary.
