These guys were total pros and absolute lifesavers. Came by on a Saturday afternoon needing a new set of tires. I popped one that morning in the mountains, and had been riding a donut for 70miles. I live in Billings. We explored all the viable options, and gave me the best price and availability out the 3 shops I went to.The whole crew was patient, thorough, kind, and excellent. Really saved my bacon.

I have used QuickLane for tires and oil changes the past 2 years as I lived very close by. The ladies at the desk are amazing! The man at the desk is often very rude and makes it a miserable experience for just convenience.I recently moved further from the location and took my tires elsewhere to switch off my snow tires. I received a call almost immediately that the wall of one tire was damaged and matched the marks of a bead breaker tool from removal as the tires have been sitting in the garage since October and had no other way to be damaged.I’m incredibly disappointed that they didn’t let me know of the damage when they removed my tires and honestly they should have replaced that tire when the damage occurred. I have no interest in calling to discuss it as I find the man so incredibly rude to deal with and I believe he is the manager of the shop. So I’ll eat the cost and hope to never need to go to Quick Lane again.Service: Tires

In a world where dealerships get a bad rep for maintenance, Quick Lane sets the new standard. Robert and Jack have provided top notch service and knowledge. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, they are incompetent. I love Fords, but if I cannot get them serviced, what's the point? 8 weeks to get on their service schedule. Then was promised 2 days for return. 9 days later, 9+ calls without a single returned call, I needed my car back, so picked it up. It was sitting in the back lot, never looked at. Nonoil change. Nothing. I'm done with Ford and let corporate know. I don't blame them for staffing shortages, but do hold them accountable for bad staff. Yes you can pick up the phone and set the appropriate expectations with your customers. Ignoring them is no way to run a business.

Had the do the fuel filters on my 6.7 powerstroke. Noticed when I got home that the fuel filters seemed quite noisy. Hooked up to my trailer the following week, first hill the truck went up, I lost all fuel rail pressure. Turns out, the tech didn’t tighten the fuel filter all the way. You would think when you pay $400 for a filter change they would check to make sure the filters are tight.

Really your quick change is by appointment only? Every Kendall I’ve been to is first come first serve. Why do you have it set up that way?

Confused to see the bad rating. We had an exceptional experience in the service dept, sales and finance dept. Everyone was very accommodating and nice. Made our Bozeman experience a good one !!

Too bad there isn't a zero star rating. Went to see about an oil change at the "Quick" Lane, couldn't get in for two days, the person working the desk didn't look up and was not interested in working or helping. It has never been less than an hour to get a basic oil change here, but somehow it is even worse after Kendal bought them out. Went to Lube Alley, got great service and done in 20 minutes. Also when having warranty work done, the service department has not been any better, that's why I drove to Butte to buy and get work done on my Ford.

I showed up for an unscheduled appointment to remove a nail from my tire and have it fixed and to have them switch my spare and put it back up under the car. We have just driven from San Antonio Texas in an RV that blew two of the 4 back tires. We had to buy all 4 back tires to match in Texas and when we got to Bozeman two of them ran over metal and had to be patched basically at the same time. Robert Hartsell the quick lane service manager bent over backwards to help me and treated me like the angel that he was at a time when we really needed some compassion. We thank you very much.Service: Tires
