Rare Bird Vintage is a gorgeous vintage clothing and goods shop located in the heart of Bozeman. It is a small, highly curated, and electric space offering wearable, sustainable, one-of-a-kind pieces from the 1880s to the 1980s, with incredible finds from the 50s to the 90s. The collection features a healthy mix of clothing, old trinkets, bags, books, postcards, and shoes, arranged in an elegant way. It is an ideal vintage shop, similar to an estate sale or vintage consignment, with many recognizable brands and pieces from a different century, making it a dream for anyone interested in fashion history. The staff is exceedingly kind, knowledgeable, and passionate, with an astute knowledge of fashion history. This attention to detail and love is clear in the entire collection, where every tag has handwritten prices and notes on each item's time period, material, and make. The shop is the four-leaf clover of Bozeman, filled with incredible local finds and extreme quality items. While some pieces can be a little pricey, it is because they are handmade, unique, and deadstock. The owners provide a full rundown on the care and uniqueness of each piece. Every customer tends to walk out with a purchase, finding perfect gifts and amazing personal items. It is a cool little spot that comes highly recommended for unique vintage clothing.
