They did a good job changing out my regular tires for snow tires. When I got home to unload my tires they were not in a bag. That's the first time that they didn't bag my tires in 7 years. Tammy stated that's their new policy unless customer asks. Just a heads up

First come, first served. Stopped here on cross country trip from NY to West Coast. They did a minimum 10 pt inspection and you can request other extended services. All staff was helpful and took jobs very serious. Recommended by the Toyota dealership next door.

Do not get work done at the Chevy ressler. They charge more than any place in town and do low quality work. They billed me $800 over what they quoted me to do, and have incredibly disingenuous business practices. I had to take my truck in twice, and they agreed to do work that they didn't even have the tools to do, so now I have to get it worked on again. Leadership from the manager Brett was incredibly poor, and there were obviously no systems in place to fix any mistakes. Only positive was Mike in the service department, he was very helpful. Overall horrible experience though.

This is what you get when a dealer has a geographical monopoly on the Toyota brand, I guess. Other reviews say they've gone downhill, I guess I got here at the valley floor. My sales experience was pretty standard, I enjoyed working with Annika, but I did have to put down a $1K deposit on the 22 Tacoma I was buying at MSRP off website spec. Was cheaper than buying a certified used with a bunch of miles, thanks Covid-stock-shortage. Anyway, the deposit agreement stated that I would agree to stop shopping and wouldn't buy elsewhere (which I did, big mistake), and they would do their best to deliver what I ordered. I was advised I'd have to wait 6-8 months for it to be delivered, NBD.Well, 6 months comes and I call for an update and it's almost there. Then it shows up, and I get a call to come in and sign the invoice on a Wednesday morning, said I would try to make it in by Thursday, but couldn't get out of work and missed that (my bad). Got a frantic call Friday morning threatening that if I didn't get in to sign the invoice that day, they'd sell it to someone else.So I went in and asked them if we could talk about the deposit agreement we had both signed that they were planning on violating after holding my $1K for 6 months. When the sales manager was forced to sit with me he explained the threat was a joke. I got no actual apology.I felt pretty bad for the poor salesperson that has to work for that guy.Ended up buying a TRD lift kit, specifically asked about warranty terms and how it would be covered. They told me as long as I didn't drive it off the lot before they installed it, it would have a 3 year coverage, so I left it there for another week. They didn't seem to have any issue with that same truck sitting on the empty lot for a whole damn week once the invoice had been signed.Well, one of the shocks went out about 14 months in. Got it in for service and they told me that it needed both rear shocks and a bunch of ancillary parts replaced. Asked if it would be covered by my warranty / service plan, was told "no, because I took it off the lot before they installed it, which meant a 12 month warranty." Politely informed them that I did not in fact drive it off. Now they need to call me back. When they did, they said the one shock would be covered by the warranty, but that's all that needed to be replaced. Bushing on the other rear shock was noted by the technician to be smashed but they told me I'll just have to wait for it to fail to get it covered by warranty if I didn't want to pay out of pocket for that. So then I have to ask them to include the technician's original recommendation in the service notes for both shocks and all the other parts that they will now not be doing. I mean, I get that technically that's what is going to be covered for now since that's what's broke, but it just feels kinda shady. And, not that this is specific to Ressler, but I've only taken the vehicle off of paved roads 6 times in the 14 months I've had it, and none of those were complete off-road (all dirt roads). A lift kit should be able to sustain a few trips to Copper City and Leverich, won't be buying TRD kit next time.Found out through the process and reading some reviews that the ~2800 they charged me for the lift kit is over $1K more than the MSRP for the thing, which Billings has listed at $1440 (before labor I assume). Still, even paying retail I got charged for that much labor even though other dealers say it takes between 3-5 hours. Caveat emptor and all that, but don't expect anyone here to shoot straight with you.The one star is for the lower level sales and service folks who are all really pleasant and seem to want to do a good job. I don't think they're managed very well unfortunately. I'll be using local service outfits or driving my truck all the way to Billings for dealer service once I'm done with Ressler, wish I had read more reviews before buying here in the first place. My next purchase will

Was in line waiting by the bays literally let 2 people in front of that were parked behind me because they parked and ran inside as quick as they could. Will never buy or do any business of any kind with ressler of any kind. I left in search of an actual decent dealership in this area.

I took my pickup in for a routine oil change and they brought it to my attention that I needed a new cabin air filter. I had them replace it. However they decided to leave a few leaves in my motor when they clearly fell off the top of the old filter. How hard would it have been to reach back in and pull out the leaves? Instead I had to finish their job for them. Once they finished my truck it took them 45mins to get my keys to me. The desk attendants decided to scroll on Facebook instead. Mind you I was the only customer in the lobby.

Slowest and most expensive oil change I’ve ever had. These people are nice but I don’t know if that’s worth the cost and wait. Will not go backServices: Air & cabin filter replacement

After arriving I was told my car would take 1 - 1.5 hours. They were busy, it was fine. I am now sitting here 1.5 hours later and my truck is STILL sitting outside untouched. This would be ok IF they hadn’t taken other vehicles into the bay before mine. And when I asked what the ETA on my car was, I got sass. Now if this was the first time I had received poor service, I wouldn’t be writing this review BUT I have paid for and NOT received a tire rotation before. And yes this impacted the life of my tires. It makes me sad to think we purchased BOTH of our vehicles through Ressler and this is the customer service we get at the quick lube.Services: Tires

Very poor service with oil leaks! I had a oil change on June 14th at 430pm and I had a customer service issue and address with the manager at the quick lube. After I address the issue u was worried the employees would mess with my truck and have leaks. I have 3 of them and talked to my mechanic Mike Brence of my concerns as he has been doing my oil changes and he was too busy so I decided to come to you. I believe this was on purpose by the people at the oil change because of my concern of customer service and them getting even. I would appreciate they fix the issue as I never had a leak on my truck and Mike Brence said to give you a chance to fix the issue 1st. Please contact me and I will try to come in on Saturday morning. P Silversmith.

I had a service appointment today at 1:30 pm. We live about 60 miles from the dealership, approximately 1 hour drive. when I arrived at 1pm I was told they were too busy to accommodate my vehicle and I would have to come back another day. So $20 in gas and basically a half day of my time meant nothing to Ressler Motors. I have spoken to other people today that would give this dealership a zero rating. BTW I have used Ressler for service for years, so I was familiar to them. Definitely a thumbs down

Don't have your oil change there,,..... ... They don't actually change oil. They'll just top the oil off and send you on your way. Then when your engine blows up, they'll blame you. I'm not kidding. They don't change oil. Do not go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in town visiting my daughter and need to get my oil change before going back to MN. Showed up there, was greeted promptly, service was quick and very thorough. Much appreciated and I would definitely go there again when in town.

I recvied a nice brochure from Ressler to try their quick lube service. I showed up and everything seemed great, there was one car being serviced in three bays, how lucky I thought.I waited ten minutes before I went inside to the waiting room. I waited another ten min while being ignored by the reception person before I asked how long it would be, and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. All this while the 5-8 employees I saw were all rushing around doing something while one car sat in the service bay.I will return back to quick lube, to be honest I was confused as to what was keeping everyone so busy, seemingly doing other work but not servicing the vehicles or most importantly communicating with the customers.

These guys are awesome. Steve the GM, Jon the head of used cars, and Nick Watson were all fantastic throughout my entire buying process. After having a truly disastrous experience with another dealership, Ressler took awesome care of me: from the end of my old truck's life through the purchase of my new truck. They repeatedly went above and beyond what was necessary. I would recommend them to anyone and can't think of another dealership with whom I'd rather do business.
