This Ross store is well run. I live in Billings and go to Ross there about 3 times a week. It's always a longgggg checkout line while most employees just walk around.
But not Ross in Bozeman. Very clean and well organized. Staff were helpful and worked diligently to check out customers.
Well done Ross of Bozeman!!

Was there yesterday. Workers were Hispanic. They were being very rude and dropping, throwing items around being very loud and giggling every time one would drop merchandise. Not being or acting very productive in their work. I may not ever go back.

This store itself is good, they keep moving things around and also they always keep the rest rooms closed and every time you need to go there someone has to come and open the door which has codes.

I found things for excellent prices buuuuuut their speeker needs to be fixed. It buzzes and crackles and the lighting is unpleasant as well (lighting isn't normally that big of an issue on its own but with the busted speaker system it was a sensory nightmare). If you have babies and they start freaking out when they were happy before entering, you've been warned. It's the speakers fritzing out plus the lighting.
Staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful. Five stars for the staff!
Ross... please fix your speakers or just turn them off to allow your more sensitive shoppers (who often are babies of new moms) to enjoy a long experiance wrather than dashing out sooner. It will make you more money in the long run. Just in my 20 minutes there on my two recent ocassions, I noticed moms with overwhelmed babies leave earlier than they needed to. Could have been nap time... but that didn't happen to that degree before the speakers were broken. Let me know when you get it fixed and I'll rewrite my review and pop back in! Until then... crying and flickering lights and buzzy speakers.... no thanks. ?

A bit of disarray in the store, but I suppose that's normal for these kind of shops. Checkout staff was quick and friendly though.
