It's sad that what used to be such a great pharmacy has turned into what it has. I take a lot of medicine and for the last year, it's been nothing but a hassle. This latest is the worst. My doctor called in a prescription for methylprednisolone over a week ago. For those that know, that is a medication that is prescribed when something is happening that needs to be addressed quickly. Well, it's been over a week and they still don't have it in. Meanwhile, I'm feeling worse and worse. Inexcusable. I will be switching pharmacies. This was the final straw.

They are pretty good to us and if I need to wait for a refill from my doctor on important meds, they will give me some to get me through till he refills my prescription!! I'm on seizure and another medicine that you can't miss doses, so they are very understanding and I appreciate them for that

Was in today at checkout found someone had left a refrigerated meal at the counter on a box of fire logs. Handed it to the cashier for disposal ( it was warm) she in turn asked her assistant where this goes. Assistant says I know and took it back to the refrigerated section! I have been sick from food there before and now I know why! Don't they teach these people about food safety???? Please don't buy any frozen or refrigerated foods from these people!!!

Smiths Bozeman pharmacy SUCKS!!!!!! The pharmacist is the most condescending j*** I have ever met! I was told at 4:00 that my prescription would be ready in an hour. My wife went in 2 hours later and was told there no prescription for me at all. I went in shortly thereafter and, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, was told that I couldn't pick it up until the morning due to the refill timeline for pain medicine. I understand that, but was frustrated that the person I talked to earlier did not inform me of that fact, so between my wife and myself we wasted 40 minute in line for nothing. I just had surgery on my elbow and wrist, and tomorrow I have to go out of town for work for the day. I asked when I could pick it up and this j*** said "We open at 10. But we won't have it ready until later in the day." I told him I needed it earlier and asked why he can't get it ready tonight or first thing in the morning and he LOUDLY said, in a super condescending tone, "Well we have 400 in the queue ahead of you so you'll have to wait." I HATE Smiths Pharmacy, I've never had anything but problems there, so I was very frustrated with my Dr. sending it there as I prefer to use Safeway. I told this guy that I didn't appreciate his attitude and that I would be there as soon as they open at 10, and he replied "Well we won't have it done, have a great night" once again in a rude condescending tone. I left and called my orthopedic surgeon and told them to cancel the prescription and send it to Safeway instead. I will be leaving this exact review EVERYWHERE on EVERY REVIEW SITE I can find.

I use Smiths often for curbside pick up. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. recently I had an order very messed up in countless ways. I called and they were very nice and went through all the issues I had one by one. Without missing a beat, the manager apologized and told me to stop in when I was ready and they would have all my corrections ready for pick up. They did just that and I was very impressed with their customer service. Thank you Smiths Manager for being on top of the curbside situation. You out did yourself and with a positive attitude. A+ to you guys!!!

I did inform the manager of this situation. I will never get gas at Smith's again. I bought gas on July 24 and it is August 31 and it's just posting to my account. I was lucky I had the extra money in my account to cover the very late transaction.

This is the worst pharmacy! Just like every other smiths pharmacy I've delt with! They are liars and make you feel like an addict when you're trying to fill a doctor's prescription !! Then give you attitude when they're wrong in the first place! Wouldn't give me managers name until I made a scene !! That night pharmacist should be either fired or reprimanded!!! I was out of my meds and had to go back in to have them fill something that should have been filled per doctors order!!! Pharmacists like to play doctors when they can't make it through med school!!!!

Dear Smith's associates Im a writing this to converse with all of you directly. I've worked with this company for many years as of recently I've noticed things are changing, unfortunately for the worse. Time and time again I've seen the current management speak to staff with disregard, hold double standards and clearly employ favouritism when making decisions on discipline. If you've been a victim of harassment by a member of the management team please report it to the union and corporate headquarters in Cincinnati. If you're being asked to more than others with your same title report it to the union this is often a violation of our collective bargaining agreement. If they fail to pay you on time, whether they failed to clock you in or file your pto whatever the reason they are required to pay you in full within 72 hours if they tell you to wait next payday contact the state labor board and labor commissioners office. We can make Smith's a great place to work again but only as united front. I've been bullied by a assistant director to the point I transferred, currently one of the csm's is trying to bully me. We have to stop giving them breaks when they refuse to give us the that same benefit. Even if you've only been witness to these actions please report it. United Smith's

Rude attendant at the gas station. He is an older gentleman that goes by the name Malcom. We had some trouble as the gas pump we were at was not working and he was yelling at us, as if it was our fault. We eventually got the pump to work after a refund and more problems but the man has very little patience and no respect. Apart from that, the pumps are great and the prices are phenomenal.
