The customer service at the storefront on 19th was actually good. Very friendly. However, spectrum was not able to be honest and continues to disappoint me. I was told over the phone by a representative my house was eligible for the Assist program at $30/month. When I went to the store to pick up my equipment, I was given the premier membership at 80$/month… they said I could switch no problem and to reach out to customer service on the phone to switch plans… after 2 hours and four different people on the phone, I was not able to be given the Spectrum Assist program. I am very disappointed in the customer service and ungodly monopolized price this business provides. Recommend going with a local business such as skynet or Yellowstone fiber.

I purchased a phone from this store. I was very pleased with the service I received from an employee who spent over an hour with me and my phone setting up and explaining how to use it, whose service was above and beyond. A young man with manners and patience. Thanks, Tylor.

Spectrum somehow outdoes itself for the worst customer service with every interaction I have with them. I canceled my plan, and went to return my equipment, which took nearly half an hour! There was a line to the door, and the woman at the counter was more interested in having small talk with one of the customers. She was literally asking him about his weekend plans, is he watching the game this weekend, etc. Completely ignoring the literal dozen customers waiting to be helped. Eventually, me and another customer got fed up and asked if we needed to wait to turn in our equipment, and she said "I guess you could just pile it up right here." Making us wait for half an hour. Not addressing anybody. How is this company still in business?
Avoid this place at all costs.

Garbage, legit worse internet provider ever delt with, there are unlimited memes on the internet about how the internet works fine then just randomly goes out for 10 seconds to a minute.
What pissed me off is every meme about it is true after using spectrum for a year it's actually garbage and to cancel your gonna do a 30 min phone call where they keep offering u upgrades phone lines and claim they work with Verizon and I have had a Verizon phone my whole life never had random outage, and yea just trash i can't emphasize enough if u have to get spectrum have fun, legit if there any other choice DO NOT DO SPECTRUM

Absolutely insane price hikes for mediocre internet. Yellowstone fiber is so much faster and reliable and nearly $60 cheaper a month than I was paying at spectrum. So glad there is a better internet option in Bozeman now. Thanks Yellowstone Fiber for providing a quality service at a fair price, so long Spectrum! Your monopoly is over!

Spectrum sucks! They will increase whatever rate you sign up for with no advance notice. Their service is terrible and they are a ripoff. We switched to Yellowstone Fiber and it's much better. Screw Spectrum!

Firstly, I absolutely despise Charter / Spectrum with every fiber of my being, and the reason for my one and only visit was to cancel my service.
The reason this gets five stars, though, is because the employees there were extremely helpful and nice, which is something I’ve never gotten from remote Spectrum employees over the phone. The store was immaculate too, for what it’s worth. I never again want to do business with Spectrum, but I would do business with the people that were working at the storefront today. I wish I could remember their names — they made the process completely painless and brought a little levity to my otherwise frustrating day.

DO NOT GO THROUGH SPECTRUM FOR INTERNET!!! They will jack up your rates within the first year for mid internet speed. Sent me to debt collections after I disconnected services…will never use Spectrum again.

Highly don’t recommend Charter Spectrum. Use a local internet provider and Mint mobile for telephone service. Will end up saving you money and headaches.
I tried transferring my service which resulted in a fake account set up under my name, having to call in twice to get the fake account cancelled. Spent over 3 hours on the phone with conversations with Customer Service who transferred me to Sales who transferred me to Cancellations who transferred me to Billing which all of them had 10-30 minute hold times. Just $10 in compensation for dealing with all of that.
Save your money, time and headache, go with a local company who can actually provide same service with less headaches.
