Google AND website hours both state they are open 10-6 on Wednesdays. When you go to the physical location a sign on the door says Wednesdays are closed. It's not difficult to update your online information so that it's accurate.

Went into the store to get a new phone and plan and not only did someone cut me in line but when I spoke up about it the attendant ushered her ahead of me.

Had a technician named Nathan come to our apartment to help with some ethernet issues! He was super helpful and very knowledgeable. His promptness and willingness to investigate the issue was incredible. Get this man a raise!!

Is it the insane wait times? The terrible pricing? Or the horrible customer service? Not sure what the worst part is but whole place is just a nightmare.

So ridiculously worthless! What ever happened to customer service? All I talked to is a robot. I want a real person. They charge us more money every month and we get less and less help when we need it. We are going to shop around. There has got to be something better than this.

This company is horrible!!!!! I've never been treated so awful in my life! If you can go without cable and just stream for awhile (as presently and unfortunately, they have the monopoly here in Montana) however, there will sometime be a new cable service as they are putting in entirely new fiber optics! Spectrum doesn't deserve any business EVER! I would advise SkyView-for wifi~only $25.00/month and they are fantastic and kind!!!

Been with this company for years paying for high speed internet only...have problems every few months and my modem was not high speed so I've been paying $100 a month for just high speed internet without the high speed modem they won't refund me or credit my account and crazy how new customers can get a deal but us long dedicaded customers have to payfull price its way to expensive for just internet now they are raising it each month more!! I'm looking for a different company to provide my internet service

Made an appointment and the tech drove all the way back to his office just to get us a new Ruckus Lan port box. The item is outdated as our older apartment building has not advanced technology but he had the replacement which he retrieved and happily installed and did not leave until all the ports were tested and WiFi and Lan was working finally! Thank you for above and beyond service!

Leaving us with out Wifi because they can’t get anyone out so all weekend Friday until Tuesday no Wifi you pay 90 dollars a month and you miss 5 days with no Wifi they still charge you full price absolute shame

I'VE PAID FOR A NEW PHONE LINE FOR 6 WEEKS ON A PHONE I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED. Had a $50 special for a phone line and wifi. Set it up second week of April, also got talked into a new Iphone 14 Pro, which is fine. But then sent me the wrong color, I shipped back same day I got it. It took a week for them to inspect it to see I didn't open it, another week to ship the other, and then had so many restrictions on the package that I couldn't get it, they HAD to deliver at my home with my signature. I work 8-6 every day but Thursday and Sunday and said they need to deliver Thursday. Fedex was definitely a part of the issue here, but I should not be charged for a phone line that I haven't even activated yet? I've had to call customer service 7 times now, and though they are usually pretty nice, I still am dealing with this after 45 days of anxiety and anger. Also only had 30 days to turn in my trade to get it's value, but OBVIOUSLY can't do that until I get the new phone to switch over. AKA I've been paying two phone lines while waiting on Spectrum. This is a lot like politics: why can't we have better options to choose from? Very annoyed and just want my new phone so I can be done with what has turned into a nightmare.
