While very convenient having a storage unit in town the higher prices are worth it. However do not expect any customer service from these folks they never answer their phone and do not respond to emails. Once you do get a unit you'll be on your own. The only attention you can get is by not paying the bill....

Their doors are the worst, besides them being plowed and frozen over. They don’t shut correctly. Tons of my stuff are ruined and my vinyl collection is trashed. The worst. There was ice all over the inside of my storage unit. THE WORST.

Impossible to contact anyone. Had questions about my credit card payment, left multiple voicemails without a call back. Also, tried the "contact us" tab to no avail. How does one give the required notice to vacate if there is no way to contact anyone?
