My wife and I recently purchased a piece of land through the Tamara Willams and Company team, with Sami Bishop as the representing realtor. I have to say, at every turn in our real estate purchasing journey Sami was on point! When we had questions about the property or needed answers from governmental agencies in reference to our property, Sami either found the answer quickly or got us in contact with the right person to keep moving Forward. Sami has a great understanding of the market, construction knowledge, and an overall underlying excellent problem-solving ability. This was one of the smoothest land purchases to date we have had, and we contribute this successful purchase to Sami and her tenacity to help keep things moving forward. I highly recommend the Tamara Williams and Company team!

Tamara was great to work with! We were going through a divorce and living out of state when we were selling our home in Bozeman. She kept us both informed about every step and was quick to answer any questions we had. She was kind and understanding and helped us navigate what could have been a tricky situation. Our home sold quickly and I couldn’t be more happy with our experience.

As we approached the topic of selling our home and purchasing another, we wanted the best representation. Having researched the realtor’s in the Bozeman area, Tamara by far had the best reputation.
Now, with both closings complete, Tamara lived up to her reputation. In our opinion, she is the best.

Let me tell you about Bronda, our amazing real estate agent! Working with her was like having a knowledgeable friend by our side throughout the entire home-buying process.
First off, Bronda is incredibly patient. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Plus, she's super honest. If there was anything in the contracts or something about a property that raised concerns, she was upfront about it, which we really appreciated.
What really impressed us about Bronda was her attention to detail. During our walkthroughs, she didn't miss a thing. She helped us spot even the smallest issues that needed addressing, and thanks to her thoroughness, we were able to compile a solid list of fixes for the seller.
But here's the best part: Bronda wasn't just in it for the sale. She genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right home for us on fair terms. It was clear she had our best interests at heart every step of the way.

Tamara Williams and her partner Nick have been patiently working with us for several years. Tamara has been with us through all our deliberations, and hesitations, and mind changes as we vacillated between building and/or buying a home. She and Nick have been professional and helpful throughout, and always kept us abreast of the market, home values, and interest rates. Even when we would stop looking, she would send us informative emails and keep us in the loop. The purchasing process went just as smoothly. Tamara was prompt on every document on every step of the way. She readily answered questions, made modifications per our request, and gave us great feedback when we asked for it. Tamara and her team were incredibly professional and strived to find me the perfect condo. Home buying isn’t easy, so being given more than one option made it much more simpler. Her team was very responsive to concerns that may come up and answered questions as they arose. We have worked with Tamara for years as well as Marisa. We’ve sold several homes with them and purchased several homes with them. You’d be hard pressed to find a company that will cater to your specific checklists as this two have been for us. They are immensely patient with us, extremely efficient and will answer any questions you have. If they don’t know the answer, they’ll find it and they’ll find it fast. The follow up and customer service at Tamara Willams and Company has made us very loyal to their team.

I can't say enough about these guys, this was my third home purchase and Tamara Williams and company made it the least stressful. My agent Marisa Owen made sure I was confident and comfortable and had my back throughout the entire process! Thank you. I may not have been one of their higher end clients, but they made me feel that I was they're most important.
