BILL BILL BILL BILL BILL. Bill is the man with security, the other gentlemen who let us in to wait from the cold was awesome. Such a great and friendly venue. The other goers rocked too!

Great venue with good acoustics. The space is nicely arranged, and there is a balcony upstairs for the smokers.

The Elm is a great little concert venue. It's big enough to host "medium" sized acts, but intimate enough to feel close to the band. Being that this place is fairly new, and purpose built as a concert hall, the sound is excellent and the place has a good setup with their serving areas and bathrooms. The location is decent, but the parking isn't ideal.

BBS was amazing, per usual. The venue had exceptional acoustics and friendly staff throughout.
Our citadel buddy, Zack at the Elm, was super helpful, making sure that we were able to find food before the show.
Highly recommended! We came all the way from South Carolina ;)

Amazing venue! First was Noah Cyrus and now The Head and the Heart at the Elm. Bathrooms are clean, staff is always friendly, and lines for drinks, bathroom, etc are almost non-existent. Can’t wait for the next one!
