The Garden Barn is a garden center in Bozeman selling house plants, outdoor plants, seeds, custom pottery, decor, and gifts year-round. It is described as the best and coolest place for plants and garden things, with a vast selection of nice, well-cared-for plants of really nice quality. The store carries clean, organic inputs and everything needed for growing, including pots and tools. The building contains small plants, terrarium set ups, and pots—both ordinary and unusual—but the actual garden area is a treat. Visitors might see resident cats, peacocks, and a small pond with koi and ducks. The staff are super friendly, super helpful, very nice, and great to interact with, always helpful with questions about plant care and identification. It is a neat little spot with fun, quirky stuff mixed in with the beautiful plants, including amazing large hanging baskets. While it isn't a cheap place, there are lower and mid-priced things, and sometimes reduced plants at the end of the season. It is a favorite place to shop and a great place for gifts, with customers definitely planning to go back and recommending it over other plant places any day.

We absolutely love visiting the Garden Barn frequently! Mr. Bats is my favorite greeter and I love the peacocks & golden pheasants. The whole place is just lovely and filled with beautiful things!

I love this place, the staff is always happy and helpful. And they have great sales. Lots of birds and kittens and stuff running around to constantly surprise you.?
