I got a gel mani and pedi. My nails or not remotely close to the color I asked for. There is paint all over my cuticles, bubbles in the polish, chipping and I got gel about 3 hours ago. There is polish all over my toes, half of my nails aren’t even painted and he cut my toe nails sideways. He was jamming my cuticles so hard I told him it hurt several times. It is so bad and so pricey?

My pedicure was a walk-in, and they took me right away. My manicure a week later was scheduled. I did gel for both. The aesthetician did draw some blood with the clipper, and the polish started peeling off almost immediately; I don't know if it was lack of prep or just my toes (which I admit to having ignored for far too long). My manicure was done by an older gentleman (who was not up for chit chat and I was grateful), and is now a week and a half on. I just replaced a headlamp in my car which involved unscrewing the front plastic guard from in front of the tire and pulling it back, and reaching up under the car to loosen and remove, then replace, the bulb. My fingernails are still immaculate!!! Not a single chip. So those who say the place is hit or miss are correct, but I'm going to go back.

My sister and I have been going here on and off for years- every time I go back I wonder why we ever tried anywhere else! They always do a phenomenal job and are always friendly. Prices are more than fair and makes me want to tip larger because of it! Staff bends over backwards to meet needs of customers. For instance- today my sister and I came in together although booking separate appointments at the same time. Upon walking in everyone in the salon was being helped and we were sat together with one technician- he started both of our nails at the same time and was very fun to be around. As soon as the first free technician was available they jumped in to help. Such a good environment and I suggest this place to everyone!

Got a mani & pedi. The mani was pretty bad and pedi okay. I’ve been here before and it was good. Seems very hit or miss. Doubt I’ll be back.
I love that you think the color is the problem here.
Gel/acrylic is every where, she nicked the cuticle on my left middle fingers so bad it bled, and filed my nails into an awful shape.
The same woman did my pedi and it was good. Wasn’t a mess, applied a white base so the yellow would be even, and didn’t file em weird.
Then decided my mani wasn’t worth her time? Made no sense.
I don’t live close enough to make it worth my time. Won’t be back.

I got my nails done by Cindy and she did a phenomenal job! I’m so happy with how my nails turned out and truly recommend this place to everyone. The staff was so friendly and nice as well :)
I definitely will come back!
