Great workouts for people who are not gym people. Trainning designed to support outdoor activities.

Really great variety of equipment however when I went, routes weren't marked, nor very clear in direction. Not completely beginner friendly

Amazing setup, very friendly staff, highly recommend. Had a ton of fun on the dry tool routes for a very reasonable $16 for the day.

The Mountain Project not only helps you get in killer shape, but it's so much fun! The amazing instructors make a usually-intimidating practice of group fitness inclusive and super playful. In addition, I was a little nervous about coming in during COVID-days, but I felt safe the whole time with the flow of the space, mask policies, and boundaries for each individual. They are doing such great work! Thanks for keeping our community well in many ways.

Great place! Absolutely recommend to anyone gearing up for their next big adventure or just looking to raise their physical fitness bar. I’ll admit I was a bit intimidated to give this place a go, but so glad I did! All the instructors are knowledgeable and so friendly! Gotta train hard to play hard and this is the place to help ya make that happen!

As someone jumping into athletic competitions in my 40s, I'm a late bloomer. Joining The Mountain Project Gym was the single best decision I made at the beginning of the long road from couch, to trail, to now multiple finish lines. The coaching I received was key in staying on track, being accountable, creating and maintaining goals, and eventually achieving them. The coaches are with you for the long term as not only advisers, but as partners for your journey. Along with that you become part of a community of like minded fitness enthusiasts who range the full spectrum of those just getting started, to world class athletes. Everyone has a story, all are inspiring, and you can feel the energy and motivation as soon as you walk into the gym.

Classes here are excellent and the instructors really know how to get you motivated! If you prefer to attend open gym, they have everything you need. Personal training is also an option and trainers will work closely with you to figure out how to meet your goals.

This is the ONLY place you should consider going if you really want to improve your overall endurance, strength, flexibility and power. Every member of the staff regularly engages in grueling athletic pursuits and understands the best and healthiest way to stress the body to obtain maximum results. They don't just preach it...they live it! The members are very humble, warm and welcoming to all skill levels. I'm not aware of another gym where you could be working out next to an Olympic level Nordic skier on one side and on the other have someone who is starting their first workout routine ever and feel instant kinship. There is no judgement or pretentious attitude at The Mountain Project as everyone is welcome and celebrated!

I love the Mountain Project! Mike, Emily and Colleen are knowledgeable, and welcoming - not to mention fun. Since working out there, I have become stronger in all the places I didn’t know I was weak. Now I can ski, bike or hike all day. The workouts are challenging and engaging. I never get tired of going to a class.

You want to get better at doing things not inside a gym...well you got to go the gym. Not any gym though. A gym run by people that workout inside so they can do good work outside.
