A wee bit expensive, since we are CND! However food is excellent. My daughter has Celiac and enjoyed the Chia waffle: I tired a piece as well and it was excellent!!

I love The Nova Cafe, perfect place for brunch with a vegan menu.

Food was great, service was awful. We expected to wait because it's a holiday Monday, but the rudeness and inattention was not expected. No check in after we got our food and no drink refills. The food was good enough to try it again, but if the service is that bad again, it won't be worth

Outstanding food and service. As a southerner I like to think I'm a "biscuit and gravy connesiuer", but Nova, really was the best I've had for sonetime.

I really enjoyed the nova Café on main Street in Bozeman, Montana for breakfast. The café itself is one of the most colorful ones I’ve ever been in, with artwork on the walls. For food, I wanted something healthy and ordered an omelette that was loaded with nutritious vegetables and it was delicious. The portion size was generous, so you don’t need to worry about not getting filled up.

Three stars. The food is great, but I have only eaten the vegan stuff. Back of house I'm sure does a great job, front of house needs to step it up.

Absolutely terrible service, hostess with a half shirt is incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Horrible waitstaff, we got coffee spilled on our table by the waitress, all she said was sorry and gave us napkins to clean it ourselves. As we were leaving we asked another waitress for a fork to go ( as they didn’t give us one with our to-go order ) and we got the silent treatment along with an eye roll. I witnessed a large group of customers walk in and wait to be greeted and another waitress was there in the front and did not greet anyone, all she did was wave bye to the customers and sarcastically said “ bye, I’ll see you tomorrow “ ..she could of said “ some one will be with you soon” . I’ve from a big city and have never seen such disrespect.. The food was delicious tho! Wish I could have tipped the chef.

Such a fun, funky little Café. The food was delicious and plentiful. The cafe had a notable upbeat vibe, great staff, and very child friendly. Highly recommend!

Consistently fantastic. Amazing breakfasts and one of the finest, kindest staffs I've ever experienced.

Separate Vegan Menu, which is great. But the food was just OK. Also note: a couple of "Vegan" options has honey listed as ingredients.

We are longtime patrons of Nova. Each time we visit Bozeman we have eaten here. This last visit will likely be our last. Our server was kind, but that is where the positive review stops. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting (no soap, no paper towels, sticky floors). The food took a very long time to arrive and was pretty average. The following is picky, but just an example of Nova's fall from grace: an acai bowl can be had anywhere so they are easy to compare, Nova's used to be presented in a professional manner with toppings placed in an appealing way. Now it was just slopped in the bowl like oats in a Siberian gulag. My biscuit looked to have been run over by the line cook's ATV. I'm all about running over biscuits or whatever, but don't serve them to customers. The gravy on the biscuit was served luke warm. That's pretty gross by itself, but it was sausage gravy. Like...sausage as in the meat...the meat that needs to be at a certain temp to avoid explosive diarrhea. Also a small and picky thing, but the physical menu's they handed us were nasty AF (food and questionable smears all over each of them). In general, the restaurant hasn't been updated in over a decade and needs a reboot. But at least have soap in the bathrooms so staff can wash their hands (or the customers after they eat luke-warm sausage gravy). Come on.

Really gone downhill. Terribly service, bad coffee and pretty mediocre food. No idea why there is a line out the door on a Sunday morning. Oh yeah, prices are still decent compared to the rest of the main Street strip.

I love this place, I stopped by years ago on a road trip, and it was still as good as I remember. The food was fresh and very delicious. I had the fall harvest skillet. The homemade biscuit was one of the best I've had. The art on the walls and overall atmosphere was great. The staff was very nice, they were very busy so I get the running around. The price was great, very reasonable. That being said, I do live near Seattle, so that might just be me. Highly recommend.
