We stayed in the adjoining hotel and found the employees to be unexpectedly friendly, always helpful and determined to have happy customers - a gentleman on Saturday 8/9 was especially wonderful helping my son get his remote control vehicle to work …even the next morning we were greeted by another smiling warm face

Came in for a Gatorade and left with a master’s degree in patience. There were ten of us in line and three employees behind the counter—none of whom were working. One was scrolling their phone, another was telling what had to be a riveting story, and the third looked like they were trying to astral project out of the building.
Only one register was open, moving slower than a sloth on a coffee break. After five full minutes of standing there with seven people still ahead of me, I bailed. Left the drink, left the snacks, kept my sanity.
Honestly, unless you’re just looking to observe a live exhibit of “How Not to Run a Store,” keep driving.

If I could put 0 stars I would. They’re all very rude and there’s literally only 1-2 people at the cash register, EVERY EMPLOYEE accept for the 2 people in the cash register are all outside smoking and talking, and they all have 0 customer service skills. All of the managers are very rude. INCLUDING the district manager, Kevin ans the general manager Brandy.

Just visited for gas and snacks before a trip out of town. I grabbed a pack of chocolate covered nuts from the clearance rack and a gatorade. The cashier said the item wouldn’t ring up because it’s expired but somehow still managers to charge me for nuts that turned out to be almost a year expired! I didn’t make a fuss but I do believe that shouldn’t be allowed. Otherwise a great spot! Thank you :)

Horrible place to work and shop. Management is awful. Why does MT allow so many town pumps if they can't operate correctly.

I have no clue what is happening with this store. Town pump employees in general are pretty bad but it's like they concentrated the worst ones here. Horrible customer service, feels like I'm interrupting their gossiping time. "Oh you wanted to buy something?". Yes that's why I came in this store, to transact money for goods, sorry to disturb your employee talk circle.

First, this store is newer and already falling apart inside and outside. For how big they built it, they failed on the bathrooms. 2 stalls. Bathrooms are usually full of homelessness, always smell and trash everywhere, and look disgusting. The smell lingers to the entire building. Nothing is ever in stock. I only go to this one because it's close. If I had a choice, I would never shop there until they cleaned it up and got the staff to actually work and clean. 0 stars

Its conveniently located in Bozeman. However the staff isnt very friendly. Also the cashiers will overcharge you. It happened to me. They dont seem to care about customer experience or customer service at this location. For being a Montana owned company theor customer service isnt good, I prefer Holiday Stationstores over this business

I went to E. main store to get gas and the pump stopped working for me. I went inside to get the change put back on my card, and the cashier said that she put my change on my card. But here it is the next day and that change is still not bank in my account. After she told me that she had refunded my money, I asked for a pk of cigarettes and she rang them up and took the last 738 out of my account and and told me that I still owed a dollar and some change. I knew that if they had refunded my money for the gas, that I would have had enough for cigarettes. But they didn't refund my change from the gas and then they didn't refund the money from the cigarettes when I said to refund it . So as of now they took 15. & Change from me and emptied my account. Town pump really needs to train their people better, make sure they have enough cashier's to help that know what customer service is. I am over town pump. Their customer service an customer support is awful. It would have been nice if they understood that they are stealing from their own customers and losing them because of how bad these stores are ran. It's a shame.

Nothing in the hot case for lunch or breakfast. Not gunna waste my time checking anymore. Jeremiah the morning register guy is the only good thing about this gas station.
