I’ve been buying things at UAS to support a local business, but sadly, I’d get way better service buying things off the internet. I bought a knee brace here, and I didn’t save the receipt, because I didn’t expect to return it. However, it was deficient and ripped when I put it on. I came in to return it, but only the head manager has the authorization to do that and he only works during the week. I’d have to take time off from work to exchange an inexpensive, obviously deficient item that they sold me. It would be much easier to buy it off the internet, which is what I’m going to do going forward. I’ve spent several hundred dollars at UAS over the last couple months, but I will not be shopping there anymore. Lifting straps and belt, 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter, a high end basketball, and several more things… but I won’t be back.

Was surprised when I walked in. This is a really nice sporting goods store that has a lot of stuff for sports and has an awesome selection for shoes. Probably the only people in town that carry Project Rock apparel as I only thought Dicks Sporting Goods was the only one to carry his brand. Overall, it's a great store. It has a lot of MSU college clothing in it as well. Good store. If your wanting to find all your MLB hats, they got a bunch of New Era hats.

That need car smell right when you walk in with everything displayed for your convenience in locating exactly what you're looking for and the courteous staff is at the ready right when you need them.

Fun store! My daughter hopes to attend Montana State in a couple of years, and they had a great selection of Bobcat gear. The staff was very friendly and helpful 😀

Just like the others experienced, the customer service is absolutely horrible. There were 5 people looking at shoes while the worthless employees sat up by the register chatting. It is just amazing to me how the same thing could go on for so long and ownership doesn’t give two hoots about it. Really? The store is stocked well and the displays are nice so too bad no one is around to sell it.
