Got an alert that my package was there so I called them and was told I could pick it up there. So I drove over an hour to go get it and when I got there the lady wasnt helpfull and kept telling me they didn't have it when clearly I was told it was.

I am very disgusted with the UPS delivery drivers lately when I call to complain I am unable to get any one on the line . Instead of delivering my items to my front porch it’s usually a guess as to where I will find my items sometimes hidden at the end of my driveway or today I found my pkg thrown u fee my mailbox at the end of our road. I guess customer center is a misnomer. I went there at the posted 9 AM opening time on Friday Oct 20th, 2023. An extremely sour female employee told me to leave, to take my prepaid / labeled packages to a UPS store a mile and a half away, and drop them off there. Some UPS driver would pick up my packages, and return them to the location where I was just told to leave. I walked into the UPS Store and left my packages at the counter. If this makes any sense to you, then you are a smarter, better person than me. I'd also like to add that the responses from UPS on the other incidents that are associated with this location are comical. It's obvious they have an employee issue that they can't seem to correct, and it might go all the way up to who manages this UPS Customer Center.

Impossible to call Bozeman dispatch. The 877 number given is the worst customer process I have ever experienced. Can’t get a human being or if finally get a human they cannot help with local dispatch other than say there is a problem. No follow up even by text or email. Really to point of making me reconsider using Amazon!P.S. don’t believe their response about using DM’s on Facebook or Twitter. Ask for sam information snd leads you right back down the useless rabbit holes

UPS Bozeman must be desperate. Hiring the type of neck bearded middle aged losers that feel the need to get out of their trucks trying to fight you at stop lights after THEY make an illegal merge and you simply pass them going the speed limit.Pathetic.

Wouldn't deliver my package and made me drive an hour out of my way to pick it up. Got there and the worker couldn't even carry my package to the front. She was throwing the box end over end trying to roll it. My package was a little big but it was less than 45 lbs and I thought mail workers were supposed to be able to reliablly lift and cary 50 lbs unassisted. Hours are also 10am-6pm, not what google says and not what their own sign says. You would reckon that a mail company could fix their own sign to display the proper hours of operation. For this bring a customer center it wasn't very customer friendly. The worker at the counter was very nice though and was actually fairly quick. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

I live in Big Sky and noticed that most of my packages that were delivered were opened, one of the packages was a string of lights and looked like someone deliberately cut them with a knife. Looks like Ups isn't running background checks on their employees.

The staff is rude and do not want to try help or offer solutions. I have been having endless problems with UPS not delivery packages and when I went to pick up my package for the 4th time in 3 weeks they were very unfriendly. I offered a solution and the guy at the desk didn’t care.If I could pay money to only have fedex ship packages I would.

The regular route driver is so lazy!! My address says exactly what gate to go through, but no I have to go searching for my packages at all of my neighbor's houses. Now if I get a next day package it is at my front door with a knock.

Terrible at deliveries. Every fourth package doesn’t get to my address. Center says they don’t deliver to my address even though I’ve get UPS deliveries all the time. What a mess.

Receiving packages with UPS has become completely unreasonable. I have left work early, two days in a row to wait for a signature required package. Their driver refuses to knock on the door. I have been home, within 20 FT of my front door, both times they claim they attempted to deliver. Any other time, the driver yeets packages at my stoop so hard you can hear it across the house and generally ignores signature requirements, so why start with this now? Apparently they expect you to stare out the window like a dog, waiting for them during their vague delivery window.I have called their customer service line, conveniently located overseas, numerous times to resolve the issue or divert the package elsewhere, since their online system will not allow me to make these changes. Each time, I am told they can make no changes and that a local, dispatch center (Bozeman) will call me back within an hour. This has been a lie every time and I have not received any return calls.On the third call, I was told the shipper must make the changes. The shipper says UPS will not allow them to change the shipping address or override signature requirements after the package has shipped. Today is their last attempt apparently, and they have now changed the delivery window from 4:30-6:30pm (sent to me via email), to 12:00-4:00pm after I had previously indicated I would not be home during this time. I guess this one is getting sent back to the shipper and I’ll get to waste more time arguing with them about cancelling the order… what a joke!

went in to return an Amazon package, I didn't have packaging for my item. When I questioned about why they wouldn't package it for me, nothing but attitude from the woman behind the counter. So probably skip this location if you're looking for kind employees.
