The worst banking experience. They have misplaced money multiple times in and out my accounts. The ATM will take money and then give you a receipt that it can’t be deposited or returned. Had to file a claim to have my money returned which took 45days. The employees are rude and unprofessional when it comes to money being misplaced in accounts. Update* asked for the helpline phone number for ATM claim and was given the phone number for a scamming company, not sure how a mistake that great could be made, if I had been unaware to the dangers of phone scammers some serious damage could have been done, this has been reported.

I have never waited less than twenty minutes to do something as trivial as deposit a check, I understand sometimes banks will be busy. But even when there's only 1 or 2 customers, it's still always a 20 minute wait, My personal account, it's with Wells Fargo and i have never had an issue... And I think I'm going to take my business account over there because today was the last straw.

Waited almost 40 minutes since there was 1 teller working the lobby and the drive through only to find out they wouldn’t help me. Ridiculous customer service.

Had to wait 50 mins while being the first person at the bank because an employee just didn’t bother to come in. Constant line regardless of the or time. Horrible service (other than the one kid who is always super sweet and seems to be constantly screwed over by his fellow employees). Had I know going in I never would have banked here.

Truly the worst banking experience I have ever had to deal with in my life. One of their employees aggressively hung up the phone on me and refused to help me with a situation I have already been through with this bank branch.
I am getting additional funding for my business and need a simple written email regarding my account from someone at the bank. A process the funding company does everyday, and a process I have already had to complete through this branch for previous funding. It is a simple quick email.
The teller first immediately forwarded me to someone who could hardly speak English, was not a part of this branch, and could not send me what I needed. She then forwarded me back to the branch.
The teller then got frustrated hearing my request again, told me it was not something they could do, and disrespectfully hung up the phone on me. Unfortunately for him I am well aware that they are more than capable of processing my request of a simple email as they completed the exact request a few months ago following the exact process, and this teller was simply unwilling to help me.
It sickens me a customer can be treated like this. This tellers interaction with me was the deciding factor in me pulling every cent out of this bank and using a different one. US Bank lost a customer for life due to this specific branches unwillingness to help and disrespectful attitude towards a customer trying to complete a simple request.

This is the worst bank branch I’ve experienced in my entire life. There’s never enough people working (only one teller EVERY time I’ve been here over the years) and whoever is there working is always SO rude. They act like they hate their job and you (the customer). One time I was in the drive through line for over 50 minutes and there were only three cars in each of the two lanes. I only come here for my husband’s bank business. If it were up to me, I would NEVER come to this bank ever again. This place gives US bank a bad name. Terrible, awful excuse for a business. Figure it out US bank.

Horrible employees. i've been thinking about switching banks because mine isn't open on weekends. I happened to walk in to a completely empty US Bank with 3 employees doing absolutely nothing. I asked if they would make change for a large bill I had. Girl said we'll get to you in a minute. Male employee said really rudely 'Do you have an account here!' Before I could say anything he went on to tell me 'We only help bank customers!' So I said no and said thank you anyway and left. A competitor bank in the same parking lot (starting with C and ending in ase) same walk in, same staffing of 3 employees. Asked the same question if they would make change for me. Super nice ladies said sure, asked us about our Christmas plans, complimented my purse...Guess which bank now has my business and personal accounts? Not US Bank. Merry Christmas Eve Eve to my new bank, their competitor who was by far much nicer.

this place is a joke.... nobody working counter and one person in the drive thru. god forbid you have envelopes available so people could drop off a deposit instead of waiting for ever.

Why you have to make an appointment to talk to a human being in a bank anymore is crazy!!! Nice people but still.
