Always deliver my packages to the wrong address, never answers their phones, I’m tired of this. I have always have respect for my peers but when this continues to happen and nothing is being done to change the fact. I try calling and they don’t answer their phones. I’m starting to get annoyed.

If you live in the Julia Martin Apartments good luck, they don’t even try delivering half the time, then you have to call them. Every other delivery service has no problems with my address, just them. If I could put on Amazon that I don’t want USPS handling my packages I would.

We moved to our new address in July last year. I gave them a chance for trying to get our address changed because apparently our situation was so complicated. nobody would give us all of the information to get set up and our new mail box location wasnt were the carrier wanted it. We moved it to the only location that was approved by my dig people twice to were usps wanted our mailbox put where the other mailboxes are, there wasn't enough room for a new mailbox because there are too many power lines and cell phone lines to put the mail box. We have had issues with this postal driver that refuses to deliver our mail because it's an extra on her part. We have requested a different Carrier about a month ago now. Whoever this female postal driver is she is always angry. And since August we have been chewed out by a few people at the Post Office saying that we have put thier driver in danger and she isn't comfortable enough to deliver our mail because of said location. When other mail carriers come by we asked them about this location and none of them have a problem delivering our mail and think it's a fine location. I didn't know mail carriers get treated like gods. I know they're short-staffed but we have had so many late notices and Mail has been returned to sender or have had to go to The office to grab our mail personally because they are holding it. It's tax season and I don't even have all my tax stuff. I can't even count how many complaint forms we have filled out now to the staff. And they make it feel like it's our fault. It's been 7 months. Is there such a thing as mail harassment. We have opened a claim's case twice now I've gone to Belgrade Post Office trying to get it taken care of to the Bozeman Post Office. We even still have had mail going to our old address. Luckily our old landlord needed my husband to check something and we grabbed a ton of our mail that we haven't lived at since July. We have done so many change of address forms, Try changing it online, Paid the fee online to verify my address. Brought the nail that we have gotten saying they've approved our address and that everything was good to go that we had to bring in the note to verify it with the person at the office also. Nothing has worked i do not know what to do. Me and my husband have moved a lot in our lifetime And this has been the worst experience we have ever had. Sad part is I even understand where they're coming from because I have family who are in the Post Office field in Arizona And I know the drama that goes on in a Post Office. we have been very patient and I've had enough.

I wish the usps didn’t have such a monopoly on mail. They mark that they pick up scheduled packages when they don’t, and if you complain about that, they punish you by holding your mail at the post office for personal pickup only. I don’t own a vehicle and live five miles away, so I can’t get my mail! My disabled veteran husband gets medication through the mail, too, so I’m pretty shocked they’re able to get away with this behavior.

This is one of the WORST USPS locations I have ever dealt with. I have had countless packages arrive up to 2 WEEKS late. I have had to drive to this location and hand pickup my orders because they got stuck there and never delivered them. On top of that, I have had numerous packages get delivered to the wrong apartment address. Dont even bother calling.. So you go in person, and if the line is long, it can take upwards of 2 hours. I don’t know what exactly the issue is with the USPS but somehow FedEx and UPS have it figured out so I don’t see why the USPS can’t. **My Recommendation: DO NOT USE THE USPS. USE FEDEX OR UPS IF POSSIBLE** It will save you time, money, and dreadful experience of the USPS.

Should have gone to FedEx or UPS. 2 painfully slow employees and 1 left for 10 minutes with a line of 12 people waiting. If you have other options to ship a small package, then do it.

Kat was friendly, upbeat and willing to help me with the services I needed! Everyone seemed to be happy, enjoying their jobs when I stopped by. Even though it was busy, I was in and out in about 15 mins, and it felt like things were moving at a quick pace.

Young woman who was delivering to our property today has severe anger issues. Delivery at 210 S Cottonwood today about 3:15 p.m. She parked in front of the boxes as normal, and I waited behind, approximately 30 feet. She moved her truck up beyond the boxes, so I figured it was safe to get my mail. So wrong! I went up to my box as she was coming back out. She said you can't enter the box while I'm in it. She was opening the second bank of boxes. I said no problem, mine is here. I was at my box in the first bank of boxes. Instead of saying something like I need those boxes too, or I'm sorry, I meant those as well, She starts screaming and cussing at me calling me names. She went on and on and I swear she was on drugs or mentally unstable. Great service! I have a picture of her truck number to complain. Hoping she gets much needed help. I understand stress at work, but please.

Appalling lack of disregard for even the most basic tenets of USPS duties. It's like these jerks are proud of never answering the phone. Please explain this to my wheelchair-bound grandmother that... Oh wait, that's impossible because you 100% refuse to communicate in any way aside from face-to-face. If you call while you're in the office, you can hear the phone just ring and ring. Ask about it & they laugh. Unbelievable!

The Baxter location has the worst customer service,I would avoid this location if at all possible. I will do myself a favor and not return, but if you like cranky and dismissive people then this place is for you!
