Sue helped me replace my damaged phone while visiting Bozeman for work.
I had no time to file a claim so I had to pay a little more to get a new one. It stung at first but was worth it cause I love my new Samsung galaxy s24 ultra.

I went in today for a phone upgrade/network switch. Jeremy was incredibly helpful and efficient in accomplishing this! He broke down all the pricing for the phone and plan for my budget and helped me get my number switched over from my other network. Highly recommend!

The employees are incredibly racist, after being told I was accepted twice over the phone,once in store, they proceeded to tell me to wait two days for" identity verification", this was after being accepted I did and after returning with proper id AGAIN I was told I was denied for fraud reasons and they couldn't tell if I could be id'ed properly. Only color you should worry about is green backs, but I'll take my business elsewhere ?

Jeremy at the Bozeman store on 7th helped us today... my 3 rambunctious boys and I. We needed two new phones, and he was incredibly helpful and easygoing. He made the whole process a very awesome and positive experience!! I will go back to him without a doubt in the future!!

Jeremy was awesome! We transferred 8 lines to Verizon and Jeremy was patient and efficient through the whole process. I really appreciated how he worked with each of us so that everyone understood what was going on and what they needed to do.

Jeremy was AMAZING!!’ He spent 4 hours with us trying to get our whole family switched over from AT&T. He knew his stuff, made sure we were satisfied and made it easy. We are so satisfied with Verizon, way better and faster coverage in our town than AT&T this is all thanks to Jeremy, literally ask for him if you have to switch over a large family plan.

Jeremy was the manager who helped our huge family. He was super kind and amazingly helpful. Our family always takes a very long time to do anything and we always have problems. He was there helping us the whole time. He even stayed after hours to help us with all the problems we had. Just an amazing guy and super helpful.
