My wife and I picked up new phones a few weeks ago near our home in Oregon. Over the past few weeks we had some issues acclimating to the new systems and options. Wegilee on vacation, we stopped into this store and were helped by Caleb who spent time explaining the options and updating the settings so the phones worked to our expectations. He was very helpful and cordial. Just wanted to send a shout out!

As most of us know switching cellular phone companies can be hassle but Caleb was a joy to work with. He even stayed after closing to make sure all my stuff was transferred to my new phone and I was a happy camper. He also shared a few tips on using my new phone that I didn't know.
