Don't go here if you're outta state and have broken your phone. The guys in here act like it's the worst thing they'll ever have to do is help a paying customer. Not everyone can make an appointment in an emergency. I absolutely dislike the people who work for Verizon, but I love the company itself.

Been stuck here 3 hours with my buddy while he's trying to activate his phone.
Nobody seems to know what they are doing.
Also the chairs are really uncomfortable

Ordered a set of headphones with the store manager, he didn’t look up my information or account and ordered them. I paid cash for the headphones and they never showed. went to the store 3-4 times supposedly they requested a refund said I would get an email or phone call didnt hear anything. called customer support 3 times was finally able to get through to someone helpful. She Said they didn’t have my name, phone #, address, nothing. I probably never would never see my $250 if I didn’t get through to someone over the phone that knew what she was doing. Got the same headphones cheaper at Target, don’t use cash here, make sure they look up your information.
Update: still not a word from Verizon, no email, phone call nothing this is ridiculous!!
Update: as of June 18th 2024 still yet to receive a refund after making a BBB case. They say it’s been processed and should receive my check with 7-14 business days as of May 10th

I had one of the strangest sales experiences of my life. The one positive was that there was no High pressure sales techniques from Skyler. Skyler employed no sales or helpful techniques actually. He could find the right key word search to find us the same deal that we could find on our Verizon app. I had to be the one to ask if we could order it on our phone and pick it up in the store. They said we could if it was in stock. They made no effort to check for us. I ultimately got what I wanted but I wasn't sure why this person was there. It seemed like other Sales folks were engaged and present with their customers. I did over hear our sales person with someone else say ”we would be happy to take your $30 to set up your phone if you really need it." All in all it was pretty strange.

This store's manager, Maddie, and Verizon's 5G Internet? NOPE!!! Stay away from her and this service. Maddie, does not seem to care that we have been without high-speed internet service for over two weeks! She doesn't respond to text messages, doesn't answer questions, nothing. It has been one week since she has reached out to us. When getting people signed up she's all over it, however, once customers have the service she has shown that she cares less. Our download speeds are ranging from 0.14 to 5.68 mbps! Fast? Reliable? No way! Dial up internet is faster than this. Try running online software at these speeds! Try using VOIP phones with these speeds! Impossible. We are on our third router in as many months. Verizon's tech team doesn't get any better. Finally, after calling in and trying to trouble shoot this issue multiple times as per their instruction, they just now put our service on a priority one level. As this situation now sits, we will be at least three weeks without the 200 mbps download speed we are paying for. There are other internet options available for the Bozeman area. Look into other providers before getting stuck with having to buy a $300.00+ router from Verizon; a router which will be of no use to you upon canceling your Verizon 5G internet service.

I would give a 5 star rating but the guy who checked us in failed to tell me we have to resolve our issue with a 1-800 number. He told me we could do it through the app. I decided to wait the app hour as we couldn’t seem to resolve it through the app. Nevertheless, we waited an hour 20 to see Skylar.Skylar you were awesome! You couldn’t help us with changing our plan but that was not your fault. We were so happy you took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered (that you could help us with) as we wouldn’t have known we could save money on our new plan.Love seeing ppl like Skylar and hoping he gets a raise. Maybe your name is spelled Skyler and for that, I apologize.
