Everyone was kind and welcoming and as a registered veterinary technologist I appreciated being treated like a peer by Dr. Julie. She was truly interested in my retired conservation detection dog's career. Her care and explanation or my dog's acupuncture session was greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be going back and bringing my cats as well even though I live 40 minutes one way from the practice.”

“Recently switched my mini ween to Cottonwood and they’ve taken great care of her so far! Our bill was reasonable, it didn’t feel like they overcharged me, which I’ve definitely had happen at the vet before, and everyone was very kind!
We had an appointment to get her teeth cleaned at a different pet dental place and Cottonwood ended up quoting me a slightly more affordable price, so we went ahead with them. I was a little worried all day, this was her first teeth cleaning, but they texted me as soon as she was awake (which I loved, not a second too long of being anxious) and did such a great job! We’ll be coming back for all our future vet appointments. Thanks guys!”
“We originally came to know Bozeman Pet Hospital after needing urgent care for our puppy. We have been so consistently impressed with them that they are now the only vet we see for both routine and urgent care. Not only are they incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, our dog loves every single vet and vet tech she has met there and they love her!! We could not ask for better care, or staff.”
“I only wish I lived closer! I had to take Dizzi in for a monthly shot. They got me in, no problem. Super friendly, very responsive, and showed absolute care for me and Dizzi. Doc did a once over, and found a heart murmur!! Visit, shot, X-rays, heart meds: ~$300. I can’t walk into my reg Oregon vet for less than $150.”

From the front desk ladies to the veterinary technicians and veterinarians, everyone has been incredibly kind, professional, and compassionate. Ellie, in particular, has always been so professional and welcoming, even as a new customer. She is always willing to help, listen to my concerns, and find solutions, which I truly appreciate. Allison has been very helpful and supportive while helping me to have all my documents ready for our travel. The veterinary technician has also been wonderful. It is clear that she genuinely cares about my dog and always makes an effort to ensure he feels comfortable and safe whenever she is around him. That level of compassion means so much. And the veterinarians have been absolutely amazing. I am so happy with the care, patience, and support they have provided. I especially appreciate how they take the time to truly listen to my concerns and work toward finding out what is really going on, rather than simply treating the symptoms. The way they treat my dog with so much love, kindness, and respect gives me so much peace of mind.

“I moved back to the area in March and established care with Gallatin Veterinary Hospital for my husky mix, Oakley, and I have had nothing but an absolutely amazing experience since the get-go.
We actually just picked our girl up from surgery today, and I’ve never felt so comfortable leaving my dog in someone else’s care. From the communication leading up to her surgery, to the care she received while she was there, to the updates from the staff, I truly cannot say enough good things about them. They treated and spoke to me as if she was their own, and that means more to me as a pet owner than I can put into words.

“UPDATE: I didn't realize they also bring in specialists from out of state periodically, specifically for OFA clearances?! I recently brought my French bulldog in for an eye appt with Dr. Breaux and was so happy I didn't have to drive out of state to do so... With the recent addition of Dr. Ryan Black who lovingly serves all animals (including dogs AND cats), enjoys and is an expert in general practice, but specializes in advanced orthopedics (TPLO), etc. I feel very comfortable recommending this whole practice to anyone looking for a group of professionals who will care for your animals like their own. I'm just very impressed overall with this vet hospital and how every single person on staff is so attentive and goes above and beyond to take care of you and your furry family member, whether you show, breed, or just need a vet and staff to take care of your family pet.”
