they are usually nice, but terrible at getting your prescriptions filled on time. Seems to be a very unorganised business overall

When you drop of you are told “It will be a 15minute wait”. A hour an a half later s-t-i-l-l w-a-i-t-i-n-g. When you go to the counter every 30 minutes or so to check and see if there is a problem you are curtly told “you will be called when your prescription is ready”….. All and all it is right in line with the typical Wal-Mart brand of customer no service. I’m surprised they don’t have customers acting as their own pharmacist to reduce cost and increase profit like the check out system…..

I was in a pickle. Traveling from five hours away for a three day stay in Bozeman without my insulin. I no longer use Walmart due to my employer rx plan but I anxiously arrived 30 minutes prior to the pharmacy opening and spoke with the pharmacist Deb who instructed Kaylee the tech how to remedy my situation. I called my Doc. That afternoon I had my meds. Each Deb and Kaylee where extremely helpful, friendly and showed the concern I would expect. Thanks Bozeman Walmart.

The people at this pharmacy are amazing. I have chosen this place for my medicine because they are great people that care about customers. They have worked hard for us, even with my ever increasing complicated lists.Highly Recommend!

Used to be a great pharmacy and now no one will Pick up phone when I’m trying to see if my toddlers breathing medication is ready so I don’t have to drive 30mins and be told it’s not. When you have scheduled vaccine they told me they couldn’t do it so I had to come back and then when I came back and made a second appt they made me wait almost 45mins to an 1hr. They don’t even bother to tell you to wait 15mins like before in case you have a reaction. I’llBe changing pharmacies now after 7 years and sadly nothing willBe be done about it. There’s no more customer service in this world

Transferred my prescription from a local pharmacy to Walmart after having a change in health insurance which resulted in my medication becoming too expensive at the local pharmacy. My prescription was sent by my provider to Walmart on Wednesday. Initially my prescription became stuck in limbo, the online tracker said it was going through a "price check." Tried to call on Friday to see what was going on. Was on hold on the phone for 20 minutes with no answer. Still having heard nothing, went in person to talk to someone on Monday. Was asked a few questions and then told to "wait 30 min" and then came back. Received a voicemail on my phone 40 min later requesting me to come back to "talk to the pharmacist," at which point I was told they wouldn't be filling my prescription because I see my provider via telehealth, and that the script they had would be destroyed. Terrible customer service that resulted in me being without my prescription for almost a week and having to request a new rx from my provider.TLDR; pay the extra couple of bucks and stick to your local pharmacy!

Said it would be a few minutes, two hours later they hadn't even called to transfer the prescription then lied about it.

Arrived with a written (stamped, sealed and signed by my doctor) prescription for painkillers after a kidney stone procedure. Was told by the pharmacist they would not be able to fill it without doctors consent over the phone... then took it upon themselves to not fill the prescription at all. I believe there is a good reason for cutting back in the amount of opioids prescribed, to avoid the addiction epidemic, however there is a time and place for prescription pain killers. This includes after surgery. I will never chose Walmart as my preferred pharmacy again. I now have to return to the hospital for a new written prescription, after being in pain for hours now. 10/10 would recommend CVS over Walmart.

Everything was well stocked except for sanitizer and they had workers wiping everything down constantly plus markers so you could stay 6 feet apart. Good job Walmart

Every time I call to speak with someone in pharmacy I'm placed on "hold" but after1/4 of an hour I generally give up. Placing someone on hold should not mean you're ignored. Very unprofessional.
