I don’t mind this bank. If I want to do business inside the bank and Abbey is working I will literally let 2 people go ahead of me and wait for the next teller and still get out quicker. She is slower than molasses in January. I get being accurate but watching her count money or do anything is painful and like watching slo mo. I just watched her help 2 people in the time it took the other teller to help 5! No Joke! Every time!!

Garbage big bank. Regrettably have had them for years but tonight was the final straw when I was randomly unable to deposit a very time sensitive check. Moving onto local credit unions.

Sat in lobby for 20mins waiting for personal banker. No one asked if i needed help. Then someone came in they knew and helped them before me.

Tip- if you’re looking for the ATM - it is on the north side (the parking lot side) of the building, not on the Main Street side.

Am going to see about cancelling my business account because after one basic service i signed up for online it locked me out of my account! I had to wait online for an hour for them to tell me I have to physically go in a branch in person to get access back... because i signed up for direct deposit so i can pay a contractor.... I cant access anything, I can't see anything, wells fargo probably isn't paying my bills, I was banned from my business account the second I started using it to grow my business. No email at all!!! no text!! I had this account for less than a month and I am currently checking out chase business banking so I won't be punished for using my account.also the debit card is super ugly and cheap

I have never walked into this bank and not waited in line. And when customers are present the tellers don’t act like they are the priority and complete other tasks before getting to the next customer. Very frustrating when dealing with the company that has your money.
