“Simply magical! Mikaela the manager styled me and made the experience lovely! She was charming and sweet, funny and fun-loving, knowledgeable and tasteful, well-spoken and effortlessly made everyone and myself feel completely comfortable! I loved the atmosphere with the chandeliers! The selection of dresses was incredible! I had multiple I really liked and a few I was torn between because they were just that stunning! I loved too that there were plenty of modest yet flattering dresses! Mikaela also paid attention to which dresses gave me the biggest smile and brightest face and emphasized that not only was I beautiful with the gown I chose but also very happy and I liked that focus of joy! I had pretty specific ideas in mind too and the variety Mikayla has purchased for the store definitely made for a sparkling day! I definitely will recommend you all!”

“This store is one of my favorites in all of Bozeman. Chico’s customer service is top notch and the quality of their clothes ceases to amaze me. I came in to exchange some bras (which by the way are fabulous) for a different size and without question Lindsay helped me reorder the right size. It doesn’t end there…Lindsay helped me find some cute new tops for my wardrobe and was so enthusiastic while doing it. Knowing that great customer service still exists is refreshing. “I live in Billings and only make it to Bozeman a few times a year, but every single trip includes a non-negotiable stop at Moka. It’s not just a boutique—it’s an experience I genuinely look forward to.
On my most recent visit, the experience felt even more special thanks to the manager, Lauren. She was warm, attentive, and had such a natural way of making me feel welcome. Her energy is infectious—encouraging me to step out of my usual style comfort zone and try on pieces I wouldn’t have picked for myself. And she was right. I walked away with new favorites I didn’t even know I needed.
The clothes? Adorable doesn’t even begin to cover it. Thoughtfully curated, stylish, and often from sustainable, ethical brands that align with my values. I deeply appreciate their commitment to pushing back against fast fashion while still offering pieces that feel fresh and wearable.
Moka is a true gem in Bozeman, and honestly, my only complaint is that there’s not one in Billings. (Hint, hint.) Until then, I’ll keep planning my mini shopping pilgrimages every few months—and I always leave feeling more inspired and more me.”

“Cody at Schnee has been the absolute best to work with. Ordered a pair of replacement boots for my fiancé, as his grooms gift on our wedding bc day… and long story short they won’t make it before the wedding. Cody offered various solutions, but I really want to replace the boots he’s worn for ten years with the exact same pair… he LOVES them and they have seen a lot of country… Held up more than promised, but finally time to replace.
Anyway, I want him to have something to open on our wedding day and so Cody is having an empty box sent so he has something to open!
Truly grateful — this may seem so trivial and silly, but if you’ve ever heard the song my Dave Brinker, Altitude… you’d understand that these boots mean a lot to our story. And Cody didn’t even think twice about going way above and beyond.

“I went into Macy's a couple of days ago seeking some shorts. A lovely young gal named Hope was able to help me find a pair of shorts but also a dress! She was so kind and very helpful (asking about my day and providing accurate and useful information). Although before this visit to the Bozeman Macy's store I didn't consider myself a "Macys fan" after this time I definitely will be returning and letting all my close family and friends know about how positive of an experience this was for me. Lots of reasonable prices and options (especially for older women). The lighting in the changing room near the front was so flattering and hope was able to provide feedback on what dresses looked the best! God Bless America.”
“The staff were all very nice and made me feel welcome. I was greeted right as I got in. I had the goal of finding the perfect pair of jeans. I was being very picky and tried on at least 20 pairs. None of the staff seemed irritated about having to fold and put most of them back and seemed very excited to help me find the right ones. The jeans are pricy but the experience was lovely.”

“We are beyond impressed with Denise and Karen’s level of customer service at the Kohls Sephora. I was in shopping today for perfume at Sephora, Denise was very knowledgable when it came to fragrances and was helpful when it came time to picking a scent. After picking a fragrance and other products, we had an issue with a coupon but Karen went above and beyond trying to find out why is did not work and solved the issue. Denise and Karen were very friendly and helpful! Will be back again! The Bozeman Sephora at Kohls is lucky to have them.”
