Manager is extremely rude and thinks she knows everything. Music is so loud you can’t shop and try there are tacky signs with unreadable handwriting. No one speaks to you and when you ask for help you just get eyes rolled at you or just straight up ignored

We used to go to Zommies pretty much every weekend. One, for the great apparel and two because the staff was incredibly helpful and super friendly! We were so sad to see them all leave.I went into the store today, there were three people sitting behind the counter with nobody else in the store. I spent about 5 minutes looking around. They did not say hello, ask if I needed help, or even acknowledge me. I saw a few things I would have purchased had they been friendly and approachable. But they chose to sit there and talk about a TV show they watched the night before. They lost a sale and a long time costumer. My son had the same thing happen a few weeks ago. This was his favorite store and he won’t go back.

Zumiez is an incredible store with a big selection of clothes snowboarding and skateboarding material. And if you're looking for a nice good selection of stickers they always have a bunch of stickers to hand out for free. Everybody is always in a good mood there and they all seem like they're happy to work and provide very well customer service
