“My dodge Ram 2500 front end had seized up completely after having a pinion seal replaced by another shop. I asked Q to please document what he found and he did a great job at that. The original shop saw the photos of an overtorqued pinion nut and claimed fault agreeing to pay for the work Q’s has completed to get me back on the road. The folks at Q’s went above and beyond to help me !”

“Carbon Equipment Repair was incredible to work with! They were very quick to reply to our request for service to an unknown electrical issue on our large business vehicle. They sent Steve as a Mobile Repair call to Red Lodge, MT for our business asset. He was very knowledge, hardworking, and solutions oriented. He even noticed another issue and asked to repair it at the same time. We are so grateful for his quick continued service and communication, while working on this very unique vehicle and its importance to get our livelihood back on the road and cash flowing. We will be recommending Carbon Equipment to everyone, we know! Thank you.”

“Mark is professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He only teased me a little bit for a disastrous DIY job and that with rueful good humor. I first visited his shop because I know his wife from way back, but his service and promptness keep me returning despite the distance. His advice is good and diagnostics excellent. I highly recommend his shop.”
