I rate this as 2 because of the quality of care. Lately the waiting time to be seen by a provider is slow; they resource out for prescription refills and often the referrals for medication or other healthcare needs are not received at the other providers office. They do have some friendly staff and some Nursing staff that are rude but a few are respectful and excited to build a patient/provider relationship. It does seem that they are overbooked and understaffed. 🤓 have a good day: thanks for reading.
