The mechanics are top-notch and one of them (Matt Johnson) is likely one of the best in the country. Great work and reasonable prices; much lower than in Bozeman. “I took my 2023 Bronco to this Jiffy Lube today for an oil change. The last one was done at the dealership and the interval was set at 5,000 miles. The team at JL took the car into the shop and in just a few minutes one of the staff came in and told me the oil did not need to be changed, it was still clear and at 78%. He suggested I go another 3,000 miles and then return. I am totally impressed by the honesty of these employees/ this business! And it makes me wonder how many times I've paid for an unecessary oil change. This Jiffy Lube has my thanks and I will certainly be a returning customer.”

“I limped into town with serious car troubles with my Nisan Frontier. Just got of a nerve racking drive up I-15 from Rigby, after visiting 3 other mechanic service center shops. Truck still not fixed. Carolyn was my service advisor and she patiently listened and understood I was still over 600 miles from home and desperately needed a proper diagnosis and fix so I could safely get home. She was so kind and adamant that they would get me home with a repaired truck. All that with my Nissan at a Toyota service shop. “Got pulled over and was told I must attach my license plate to the front of my car in Montana, driving through from Washington to back home for thanksgiving. Autozone couldn't help me, O'Reilly's couldn't help me. Last ditch effort went here, even though they aren't a parts store. I didn't catch his name, but the head honcho there found a novel solution for me, helped me get home without incident. Very thankful for this guy! Has a big heart, go here and I'm sure he will treat you right like he did for me.”

“My son bought a Ford truck in December from this business. He had an issue with the track bar and ball joint. At first they couldn't get him in for 5 weeks. Spoke to the manager Nate and he was great- he was able to get him in sooner. Carlie at the service desk was amazing. He had an appointment at a place other than Ford due to the urgency of the issue but when was he called to schedule the appt she provided us with very valuable information regarding his warranty that saved his $4,000 warranty from being voided has he gone some place else and not only that she got him in that day and the dealership even went to pick up his truck and had it done by the time he was off work. Super happy with the whole process!!”

“We were traveling back home through Butte on I90 at 65 MPH last Thursday evening and lost a wheel and tire off the left rear of my 2022 Chevrolet 2500. Thank God I had AAA and there was a GM dealership close by. We dropped the truck off and found a hotel, when I returned in the morning I met Rebecca and explained to her the whole situation and story. She promptly started working her magic and got with her technicians. Keith walked out and looked at the damage and made his initial diagnosis about what would need to be repaired. I rented a car and continue on the last leg of our family vacation trip with my two daughters meeting my wife up north In Kalispell/whitefish.. Rebecca was great about communicating during the whole weekend and they got me back on the road. What would’ve been Monday night after parts came in, they even inspected the rest of my vehicle to ensure that I would get home safely after experiencing what I had. They technicians did an awesome job in the report of the damages and what was repaired. I would highly recommend GM of Butte, Montana! Lastly, their service manager Josh was also present during the entire Time that I had spent in the dealership and was very easy to talk to about our situation.
They understand good old-fashioned Customer service and Rebecca even reached out via text message to check in on my trip home eight hours away to Washington state, that wasn’t necessary, but it sure did show a lot for the quality and customer service you receive at their dealership in their service department”

You quickly diagnosed the problems (transmission hose leak and leaking engine water pump), got the parts, and fixed everything. “Joshua M. went above and beyond to help me with my dead battery. I normally wouldn't have Wal-Mart fix a flat tire but I was stranded and needed to get to an appointment. This guy Joshua was the best tech I've seen or experienced at Wal-Mart ever. He new exactly what was wrong and put a battery in a shopping cart. Pushed it out to my car to change the battery. Got me out of there quickly. I noticed Wal-Mart over charged me and went back to get the money I over paid. Took awhile but Joshua again stepped in and got my money back. Walmart should treat this tech right. He is a good tech for them to have.”
