“Although I wasn't there in person. My daughter took my car down for an oil change for me because I had to work I was overall happy with the service. I was a little shocked by the price. I just recently moved to Butte from Anaconda and have always got my oil changes done at Chuck's Super Lube and was never charged that much and they always did an exceptional job. I do thank you guys for getting it done when I needed it and doing it right. I would recommend to others looking in the Butte area.”

“The saleslady was very professional friendly she had us test driving the car we are interested in right away since while she crunched numbers and contacted Banks she offered us to wait in there comfortable waiting are where they had snacks and something to drink we decided to walk to Walmart to kill some time while we waited she said she'd let us know right away well as we got to Walmart we had a voicemail so we called her back and were informed she wouldn't have any information for us that business day and someone will be in contact with us the next day (so to be continued)”

“It is so hard these days to find good honest car and truck repair. Pro Service Excels at both!I was at the start of a long trip when my truck stalled about 10 miles outside Butte, Mt. I was able to limp it to the Ford dealership who was to busy to work on my Ford diesel pickup and recommended Pro Service, saying if anyone can get you in today it would be them and they are excellent diesel folks. These folks got me in to be diagnosed immediately, knowing i really needed to get back on the road. Diesel fuel delivery issues are very hard to diagnose but they put Vern one of their knowledgeable diesel mechanics on it and he was able to find 1 of several problems right away, Over the next couple of days he and Casey the other diesel specialist (they were very thorough especially knowing I had another Thousand miles to drive) continued to work on getting the issues fixed from morning till night without hesitation. I was handled respectfully and professionally through the whole process and when the bill came it was way more than Fair considering all they had done! The people of Butte are very lucky to have such a top notch shop! If I could give them 10 Stars I would! Thanks Pro Service, Paul M.”

“I want to send a shout out to Kevin and his team for really saving my butt a couple days ago!! I had a cross-country breakdown while traveling for work, and I was fortunate that these guys queezed me in to an already full schedule. They got the parts we needed quickly, and managed to do a large repair (on a diesel engine no less) in one day's shift. Kevin was very knowledgeable, he answered my questions and explained everything clearly. The cost was very fair, and they got me back on the road just in time. If I lived closer, this would be my go-to repair shop. I highly recommend it!Thanks again guys!”

“Our car broke down right outside of butte on the way back from a road trip, called them and they were there to pick us up in about 30 minutes. Tow truck driver was amazing, don’t remember his name but he made that whole experience way better. The only reason this isn’t a five star is because I asked them to diagnose the car, and the lady I called said that all they did was turn the key and decide engine was blown so they weren’t going to charge me the $125 to diagnose. Well they ended up charging me that $125 to spin the key a couple times andI was not told any error codes or anything specific that could’ve happened.”

Stopped by on a busy Friday of a holiday weekend and they took the time to look at it and were able to quickly fix it so I can keep on going to my destination. Friendly staff and workers. “Easy process for deciding on a vehicle and financing. All went fairly quick. Got the information we wanted to make a decision on the vehicle. Our questions were answered quickly and fully. Didn't get a lot of run around or back and forth. Asked the salesperson for information on financing and add on cost like extended warranty. Got all our answers before we made our decision and continue on to finance. Nice people to deal with and very open with the process. Also, their parts department is very friendly and helpful. Wanted mud flaps for the new truck and they had them in stock and helped me use my Ford Rewards points to purchase them. Fourth vehicle we bought from them so they must be doing something right.”

“Got pulled over and was told I must attach my license plate to the front of my car in Montana, driving through from Washington to back home for thanksgiving. Autozone couldn't help me, O'Reilly's couldn't help me. Last ditch effort went here, even though they aren't a parts store. I didn't catch his name, but the head honcho there found a novel solution for me, helped me get home without incident. Very thankful for this guy! Has a big heart, go here and I'm sure he will treat you right like he did for me.”

Especially when they rectified the oil drain plug issue that the previous Subaru service center had messed up on.
