“Got pulled over and was told I must attach my license plate to the front of my car in Montana, driving through from Washington to back home for thanksgiving. Autozone couldn't help me, O'Reilly's couldn't help me. Last ditch effort went here, even though they aren't a parts store. I didn't catch his name, but the head honcho there found a novel solution for me, helped me get home without incident. Very thankful for this guy! Has a big heart, go here and I'm sure he will treat you right like he did for me.”

“I limped into town with serious car troubles with my Nisan Frontier. Just got of a nerve racking drive up I-15 from Rigby, after visiting 3 other mechanic service center shops. Truck still not fixed. Carolyn was my service advisor and she patiently listened and understood I was still over 600 miles from home and desperately needed a proper diagnosis and fix so I could safely get home. She was so kind and adamant that they would get me home with a repaired truck. All that with my Nissan at a Toyota service shop. “My son bought a Ford truck in December from this business. He had an issue with the track bar and ball joint. At first they couldn't get him in for 5 weeks. Spoke to the manager Nate and he was great- he was able to get him in sooner. Carlie at the service desk was amazing. He had an appointment at a place other than Ford due to the urgency of the issue but when was he called to schedule the appt she provided us with very valuable information regarding his warranty that saved his $4,000 warranty from being voided has he gone some place else and not only that she got him in that day and the dealership even went to pick up his truck and had it done by the time he was off work. Super happy with the whole process!!”

“I wish I knew the man's name that fixed my car. I ran over curb in a hotel parking lot.Yesterday and thought I destroyed the car, but my husband took it by the less swab and had then look at it. Turned out it was just something bent and rubbing. We are traveling with very little funds and I could only imagine the worst. The gentleman that looked at it was able to fix it with no cost. “What a SERVICE, manager Alex was so friendly and explained all the charges , no hidden fees either , we replaced a radiator and got it done for cheaper prices compared to other shops around these area , it was fast and quick, some other Mobile services requested upfront payment without show up , but they explained all the charges , and do the payment after work is done .”

“Joshua M. went above and beyond to help me with my dead battery. I normally wouldn't have Wal-Mart fix a flat tire but I was stranded and needed to get to an appointment. This guy Joshua was the best tech I've seen or experienced at Wal-Mart ever. He new exactly what was wrong and put a battery in a shopping cart. Pushed it out to my car to change the battery. Got me out of there quickly. I noticed Wal-Mart over charged me and went back to get the money I over paid. Took awhile but Joshua again stepped in and got my money back. Walmart should treat this tech right. He is a good tech for them to have.”

“Recently got an oil change for the second time here on my 2025 Chevy. I got an invoice in my email that says the windshield washer fluid was ok but unfortunately it was not and was not filled and I had to buy some at the gas station 2 days later and scrub the windshield as it had been empty for a bit. That in itself was not a big deal it just makes a person wonder what else was marked off that not actually done especially with a brand new car. I’ll be having it rechecked on my own time elsewhere to make sure.”
