“I'd like to give a shout out to your employee, Austin. Last Saturday, July 25th, my wife and I were on our way to Washington when the intercooler hose clamp on our vehicle decided to act up. Duct tape was all I had to remedy the loss of suction until we could make to your store. Once there, I was looking for another clamp when Austin asked if I needed any help. I told him it would be easier to show him. After a few minutes, this young man had popped the ring clamp out, noticed that it was bent and his words, looked stupid, hahaha, bent the clamp and reattached the hose. Suction was restored and our vacation went off and continued without further issues. I just wanted to express my gratitude to this young man and let him know that he is an amazing human being!! Thank you for your help, your time, and most of all, just being at work on that day! Thank you again!

“My son bought a Ford truck in December from this business. He had an issue with the track bar and ball joint. At first they couldn't get him in for 5 weeks. Spoke to the manager Nate and he was great- he was able to get him in sooner. Carlie at the service desk was amazing. He had an appointment at a place other than Ford due to the urgency of the issue but when was he called to schedule the appt she provided us with very valuable information regarding his warranty that saved his $4,000 warranty from being voided has he gone some place else and not only that she got him in that day and the dealership even went to pick up his truck and had it done by the time he was off work. Super happy with the whole process!!”

I found some nice Goodyear tires that weren't priced like they were made of gold, so I bought em and the nice fellas at Walmart slap em on. Didn't take as long as I thought it would, which is nice. I just hate going to Walmart. All those damn people in the way. It's almost like nobody has a home anymore and just wander about.”
