“My son and I are on our way to drop him off for his freshman year of college. We meant to go into the Wells Fargo in our hometown of Bend Or yesterday before we left town to get him a bank account at a bank with branches in Bend and Bozeman. We decided to stay the night in Butte and randomly stopped in to the Wells Fargo in Butte. Unfortunately, I never set my watch back so I thought we had and hour and a half to get him squared away, but we only had 40 minutes until close. We were greeted by a young banker named Tara who asked us if we had an appointment (which we did not), she said "I am with a client and will do everything I can to get us in before close"Well, she did, and they all stayed a few minutes late and they all just kept smiling. The service and experience was exceptional but Tara was the bright spot in an 18 year old kids trip to college. He doesn't say much, but today he said when we left "Dad, she was really awesome" which coming from the kid who doesn't say much, is a BIG deal.And I would agree.... Best bank experience I've ever had.Thank you Tara, your kindness and customer service made a very nervous and anxious 18 year old kid smile today.”
