I came in to fill prescriptions (3 of 4 OTC) for my boyfriend who was just in an accident. Whatever lady working 05/28/23 around 12:30 set the tone by throwing three of the four papers back in my direction to let me know I can get them myself, and then noticed they don’t contract with his insurance. Not her fault with the insurance but Horrible customer service overall. The feeling I got was that I was a bother for even walking into the store and up to the pharmacy counter. Awful.

The sign said that the Ghirardelli chocolates are 50% off. Rings up full price. Staff response is well did you put in a membership number? Should of been let me fix that for you. I left feeling like it was a scam to get your money. Either it's on sale or it isn't. I suppose I'll make them a do not stop place in the future. Bruce M

This is my mom’s regular pharmacy. She was extremely sick so we tried to just fill the scripts at another pharmacy due to time. We had to go to CVS due to a medication not at the first one. After calling to make sure everything was good to go, we went to CVS. Kyler had to be one of the rudest techs I have ever dealt with. My mom is hard of hearing, she sneared when she had to say her name twice, did not say thank you when she took the copay, and was put out as she was explaining the extra care card information as we pointed out it was incorrect. Kyler is driving people away from your business.

The workers in the pharmacy can be quit rude and don't seem to appreciate your loyalty as a consistent customer .

I have used CVS since I was a baby because it my mothers choice of pharmacy. However, within the last 6 months or so their customer service has gone down hill and they are very rude. They have very limited hours, which most people work during and cannot pick up their medications. I recently switched from them Walgreens. And CVS sent over an insurance from when I was 16 or 17 but nothing else besides my perscriptions. They have continually been rude when I have called (multiple times over the last few weeks) to ask why they only sent that insurance over. Every time they have told me that they have no idea what I'm talking about and I need to "check myself". then proceeded to hang up on me. I would NEVER recommend filling your prescriptions at the CVS in Butte.

When I called to have a scrpt sent to the Bozeman CVS, Holly (?) was incredibly rude. She told me she couldn't transfer the acript because "Bozeman never answers their phone." She then hung up in theiddle of me asking when the Butte store closed.

Was passing through town on a long roadtrip and came down with a sinus infection. They filled my prescription in like 20 min. I'm so grateful! Also grabbed a few car snacks. Had a decent selection.

Shoutout to our local community heroes! This venue has a cool neighborhood vibe where everyone in the store is welcomed and valued. The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable. There's a little bit of everything needed. I was happy to even find my favorite Yardley oatmeal soap! I needed something other than that hotel room soap and shampoo. We got a few snacks and things. It was well lit, organized, and clean. I really would recommend this store for anyone who needs a quick run in for necessities!

Scheduled vaccine two days ago. Got here and they said they did not have enough people to gives shots. They did not notify us prior to arriving so we drove on slick roads for nothing. Lost us as customers.

called there to get a covid shottreated me like dirt!im a truck driver a canadian truck driver.a whole bunch of xanadian truckera are getting covid shots in usamy own doctor told me to get my shots in the u.sanyway whoever i talked to dont realise that im a truck driver! canadian or american i can get my shots anywhere and for free!i am essential service and essential to this country!i couldnt believe how bad i was treated!and THIS IS WHY so many people dont want the shots!you dont realise what truckers do do you?shame on you!zero star! thats for sure! ???

So they accused me for stealing, anyways I had them check the cameras and it clearly showed me enter the store use the bathrooms and then leave, they humiliated me in front of my family Especially the one old lady with the white hair at the front desk! I even swore on my kids life and mine I didn't steal nothing. A customer was one of the workers friends she then starting yelling at me cursing. I'm the end I was cleared of any theft but didn't receive no apologies. My uncles is the Sheriff I'll make sure he deals with you two women at the front desk accordingly!!!
