Disorganized, overpriced, felt like I had to push to get job done. Overall, decent and helpful people, no one was rude but the process was not enjoyable. Was told at one point that, although a dealer in Helena had the part we needed to get our vehicle back, said Helena dealer “wouldn’t sell it to them”, and our option was to be put on a waiting list for 4+ days, potentially longer until the part showed up. I called said Helena dealer myself, found out it was just a miscommunication with their parts dept, and that they could in fact, sell me the necessary part, which I then had to communicate BACK to Butte GM. It was an easy conversation I was able to work through in five minutes, that should have been completed by the Butte GM dept. Additionally, they provided us with an extremely large initial quote, with no attempt to walk through the high costs. I get stuff costs money, but some sensitivity to what your asking of people’s budgets would have been appreciated. Overall, they DID the job, it just was unenjoyable as a customer, and had we just said “OK” to everything we would have been out a significant amount of money, most of it on less-than-necessary repairs. Will not be returning, if you have another GM shop in the Butte/Anaconda are you like, other than this one, I highly recommend you take it there instead.

It was easy and professional working with Chuck and the rest of the people at Butte Auto. The staff really worked to fine the best automobile for us and the best loan rates. We would definitely do business there again.

We had an amazing experience buying a new chevy trax. Bo and Jeremy were absolutely awesome. Would definitely recommend gm of butte to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, and the have 4 dealerships, so lots of models to choose from.

First off the service manager hasn’t the foggiest clue what service even means. You cannot show up without an appointment and expect any service, even if it’s just an oil change. If you’re passing through on business keep going, this little “shop” does not have enough mechanics to provide on the go maintenance. Be prepared to “leave your truck for the day in the event that they ‘might’ be able to get to it” even though you may have no where to go because you’re not from there, I didn’t even see a waiting area. I’ll resist the urge to EVER exit I-90 for anything in Butte MT again.

Do not go here! Me and my wife took her chevy colorado to get fixed here they supplied us with a rental car and Rebecca our service help said the rental car is covered 100%! Rental car cost over 1000 because the part they ordered came in defected and had to wait longer. It is now half a year later and 20+ phone calls later and they are still saying there trying to refund us. This place is a joke/ I would give no stars if I could. STORE OWNER COMMENTED ON THIS FOR RESOLUTION STILL NOTHING!! JOKE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Ordered a Yukon though Butte Auto a few months ago ... after waiting we followed the updates from the GM Plant that the car was on its way to MT from Arlington TX. Per Sales was told it would be ready by sales on monday / tuesday . Booked flight and showed up in Montana only to be told it wouldnt be ready until the next week. Totally understand it was beyond their control as they port has to release the car to the dealership and that takes time but again sales told us Monday , that is where they screwed up . Booked another flight for 2 weeks later grabbed car and drove back to TX. Being in customer service would have been nice to have sales give us a discounted warranty , or even offer to do something to make it right for their screw up . Never happened. Upon getting back to TX our 360 camera on drivers side does not work properly. Took it to local dealership and they pulled codes for a bad battery . Per dealership this only happens when car is jumpstarted or battery is disconnected. Doing this can potentially short out the vehicles electrical system and mess up certain features on the car. This has not been resolved and is currently ongoing. All butte auto had to do was order the car ... we literally handed them a sale on a luxury car over 100k , and this is the customer service we received. Def not impressed . Should have just ordered this car here in TX .

Always completely happy with their service. Top to bottom. From when I call for an appointment, they are always able to get me in at my convenience. To their service, which is always speedy and thorough. And so friendly, such a great staff! Haven't ever, and won't ever take my car anywhere else.

Was traveling cross country, car gave me a message that I was concerned with. Service looked it over and assured me that continuing on would be ok. And see my local dealer when I got back for further inspection. Great group of people to work with.

I have a 2023 Denali with the Duramax engine. The engine light came on while we were on vacation in Philipsburg. They were able to fit me in and we’re extremely helpful and had me out the door in very little time. My only feedback wouldBe that the service department was difficult to find due to the renovation.Thanks again Butte GM!!!!

2023 Rav4 Hybrid Woodland it would be mediocre the vehicle is grossly miss advertised for what it is.The SUV says semi off road design, yet they place 2 ply paved road tires on the vehicle, but a TRD modified design of the suspension?? The Display is useless very little that a person can do with itAnd the basic screen views are unacceptable. The SUV states COMPATIBLE with Android Auto, yet a person cannot install this app and have it connect to the SUV, what is wrong with this picture.No one tells you there is a physical key in the remote control to use if needed. The Electric motor use is EXTREMELY NOISEY and makes you feel like the SUV is having a physical breakdown.The Homelink garage interface connection, do not pay attention to the instructions that are with the vehicle, spent hours to find that they were not properly writtenThen comes the company sales personnel, no one really knows anything about what they are selling, the key for one, the battery another it is not a Lithium Battery but a Nickel Hydride battery, the salesWill not address the useless tires on the vehicle they just say contact Toyota, hey I bought the SUV from you you sold it deal with it, Trying to obtain answers from the people at this dealership proved to be exactly what you could expect typical car sales people interested in selling and making a sale but not equally what is good for them and you the customer, the CUSTOMER is the reason for then continuing to exist. Ryan, Nate and the owner do not do what they said they would and do not answer my additional four emails.A person is only as GOOD as his word, no answer from these folks says it all, would you purchase a vehicle from some lies to you and does not followup with issues. I truly regret having done business with this company so think about this review before you make my mistake also. Buyer beware not regretful, when even the owner cares nothing about you their customer that says it all. Then you have a review response with no place to contact the seller with or they refuse to deal with the issues a customer has!

The sales and Service dept have been amazing to work with ! It's easy to get vehicle in and they go over every detail of the issue and what they did to fix it !
