The people are awesome and have always been. But H&R block needs to re-evaluate their fees. $500+ for a 10-minute preparation? That's over half of some peoples return. 2 years ago, the fees were just over $250, which wasn't bad and more understandable, so the fees are definitely going up at a ridiculous rate. Should have done it this year, but I will definitely be using turbo tax next year. H&R is just way to expensive.
