Terrible company have had 2 experiences with them the first time out for delivery 3 days in a row and now out for delivery first day no show and I must be home to receive the deliverys they could at least call and let a person know.

I called to get a quote for service to move furniture in preparation for flooring installation. From the beginning of the call, it was a nightmare. I asked for a quote and how the process works and he said “uh we move the furniture”. I then asked if they come the same day as the installers or do they come ahead of time or if they can work on each room by room as the installers go to make the transition easier. I had no idea how it works or what would be easiest for his team. His response? “Well obviously we need to move the furniture before they can lay the floor” which I knew however was hoping they could work on each room with the flooring layers and move it around as needed. He was very short with me and any time I asked a question it felt as if he was annoyed me with asking questions or that my questions were stupid. Never explained his moving process or if they bring materials or trucks or what. Just said it’s $155 an hour until we’re done. Poor professionalism and bad business practices. I told him I felt like I was an inconvenience calling him and might get a quote elsewhere and he laughed and said ok. Very disappointed.

2 man crew was late. We were given an "approximate" time and they arrived 40 minutes after that. One man was obviously high. He reeked of pot, wouldn't make eye contact and would only mutter a reply. During the actual drive to the new property, the crew drove a separate vehicle as planned but stopped for lunch (that I was charged for the time) and had no idea where they went. Would have been nice knowing that they wouldn't be meeting us for 45 minutes.One man in the crew was barely responsive,The other (the one who was high) was slow, ignored questions and I really should have asked him to leave. While the crew was bringing items to the back of the truck, the stoned guy leaned a WW2 era marble slab against the wall, next to the open door. He then ran into the slab, causing it to fall out of the back of the truck.The slab was the top to a stand and passed down from generation to generation.I called Brian to complain and was told I would be emailed a form. No such email arrived. I called again and no email or return call. I paid A LOT of money for only half of a service and then to add insult to injury, my great grandfathers stand was ruined beyond repair. 0 stars if it was possible.

Very unprofessional, I came outside to find the kid in the truck removing all the packages that had fallen onto mine and everywhere else in that truck. The owner has zero consideration for the items he is carrying. Absolutely nothing in this truck was tied down and I could see several packages in there that had taken damage. If you value your stuff these guys might not be for you

Josh and Aaron were fabulous. They packed everything in a POD like a puzzle and it was solid, I had no worries about items shifting or breaking. They wrapped everything tight to protect any glass from breaking and they handled it on the dollies as well as I would have. This is the second move where I've used Lets Get Moving, they are my Go-To company!

Owner is Rude & Discourteous-he told me that he no longer does business with Fragilpak. Ok, I understand that-but to be rude? Even when I tried to tell him that Fragile Pak still says he's the one that is delivering my Recliner. What a Jerk!Wow, since I'm not the one who hired this company as the Final Mile Destination by Fragile Pak-I did not read any of the reviews-Now that I have-I see a pattern where the owner should really think of finding another line of work. Glad he's not delivering my Custom Made Italian Leather Recliner-Hope "Not" to ever do business with him.James KennedyUSA, RetiredDisabled Veteran

After an initial 1-star review I'm upgrading to 5-star. There was some lack of follow-up on a damage issue which has been completely resolved. Brian took our project on a last-minute request and we are extremely grateful. His movers were courteous and worked really hard to get us loaded, moved 700 miles and unloaded in 2 days. You won't go wrong with these people.

No communication didn't deliver.. found where the warehouse is outside Butte and picked up a treadmill that I presume they broke with the fork lift putting it in my truck

Owner personally drove 2 hours to deliver our furniture on a weekend after Crate & Barrel and their shipping company FragilePak screwed up our delivery. If you are about to leave a bad review it's important not to blame the small MT delivery company for logistical nightmares! These large companies take advantage of small moving companies like Let's Get Moving LLC by providing poor scheduling information and not paying them well. This company goes out of its way to support locals and cares about you. Big companies like FragilePak screw it all up!

Lets Get Moving delivered a sink to us for Home Depot. The item got lost somewhere in Montana. I canceled the order and got a new sink from Lowes. Out of the blue, the sink was delivered to our house. We explained to the Lets Get Moving employee that we canceled the order. We were told to send a text message to the employee's phone number refusing the delivery. We did as we were asked and several months later we discovered that the item was never returned to Home Depot and we were being charged for the sink. The owner, Brain, was very rude to us and would never respond to our repeated requests for help resolving the matter. We are still being charged over $400 for a sink that we asked to be sent back. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO DELIVERY ANYTHING!!!

0 stars. I called and made an delivery appointment on Thursday and the owner, told me that he could get it sent out on a truck on Friday. (The package had already been sitting there for 5 days and they were suppose to call and make an appointment with us) But when I didn’t hear back, Home Depot said to call and schedule it with them. So Friday came between 8-12 and it didn’t show. I called him and said that they didn’t get a truck sent out and that it will be here on Saturday between 8-12. It didn’t show up. I called back on Saturday when it didn’t come and he said that it will be here on Sunday between 8-12 . Didn’t show up. Then I call him I ask and he states “we are closed call me back tomorrow, i’m going through personal stuff” and hangs up the phone. Very unprofessional. Then Monday comes I call and he says “I promise it will be here on Tuesday. Truck pulls up, I go out, and oops. The package it not on the truck! So the guys tell me that Jake, the “delivery guy that loads the trucks” will call my fiancé and he never did. So I tried calling the owner, the man I have been speaking with. And he is now ignoring my calls and my fiancé’s. They are also ignoring Home Depot, because they can’t get ahold of them either. I sent the owner a message just asking if he can ask least tell me if it’s lost, stolen, if they misplaced it so we can cancel, refund, or get a new order in. But he is not responding.Update: He called my fiancé the next day, after ignoring our calls and texts, and apologized for not responding. Our package apparently got delivered to the complete wrong address and house. Even though our names and correct address were on the box. So now he is stating it will be here tomorrow between 8-12. Hopefully it does come.

Delivery men were not wearing face coverings during a pandemic (even though they talked to me, entered my home, etc.) They also shamed my treadmill purchase calling it a "waste of money" while I was in the room. The treadmill delivery was left in the hallway on its side, when the box is clearly labeled which direction is up.
