“Mountain man pawn shop is not only the best pawn shop in town but, the best pawn shop that I have ever been too. I am 57 years old have lived in a lot. Of states and been to 50 or so pawn shops in my life and mountain man is hands down the best as far as customer service goes. I took a gold pocket watch chain in there and sold it. They told me they would give me half the value and I did my math wrong and told them I would take 200.00 less than my half. When I figured out my mistake and posted a bad review Nate got in touch with me and said he would make it right. He did not have to do that but, he went above and beyond and reached out to me and made it right. There is no other pawn shop I have ever been in that would do that. They always try to lowball me but, not at mountain man pawn in Butte Montana. Excellent people clean organized place and their customer service is superb.
