Mr. Hot Dogs
1806 Cobban St, ButteMr. Hot Dogs has that perfect lived-in, neighborhood vibe that makes you feel at home the second you walk through the door. It's the kind of place with real character, where you can tell great food and great people have been bringing folks together for years. The hot dogs were absolutely outstanding, and I genuinely haven't been able to stop thinking about them since I left. The service was delightfully gruff and just dismissive enough to feel like an essential part of the experience—it only added to the authenticity and charm.
Honestly, Mr. Hot Dogs should be immortalized in the National Museum of American History, and the place itself deserves to be recognized as a national treasure. It's everything that's great about classic American roadside food and hospitality wrapped into one unforgettable experience. If you're anywhere near Butte, do yourself a favor and stop in—you'll understand the hype after the first bite.

La Sirena Drive Through Mexican Food
501 S Excelsior Ave, ButteSuper tasty tacos! We swung by here for lunch on our way to Missoula, and the food was awesome. I highly recommend the birria tacos and the steak taco on the blue corn tortilla. The queso was also delicious! They make all of their salsas and sauces in-house, and you can really taste the difference. It's a great place to grab lunch to go or to enjoy at the park.
