“Absolutely wonderful place I’ve been using a unit and 3 spots for 7 years I’ve never had an issue they are extremely nice they make sure every vehicle is looked at at least twice a day! They are more then willing to work with u I have never had any damage to any of my vehicles or my unit I’ve been late and forgot to pay and she sends u a message or she calls you to remind you that your late! Amazing customer service! I had an issue with my ex husband and they did not allow him in the unit unlike U-Haul! U-Haul allowed him to take my name off of my units and take everything we owned these guys stud by the contract and court orders! I would recommend them to anyone”

“We stored with Storage Solutions in Butte, Montana for over four years, and I can honestly say it was the best storage experience I’ve ever had. Katie and her husband were always incredibly easy to work with—professional, kind, and quick to respond to anything we needed.
The facility itself was clean, well-lit, and extremely secure. Access was controlled by key fobs that you had to scan to enter, and if something went wrong—like a missed scan—you knew because the police would be there quickly. That level of security wasn’t intimidating—it was reassuring. It meant the system worked and our stuff was safe.
We used outside storage, and it was super easy to access year-round. We never had issues with pests, rodents, or anything creeping into our unit, which is not something I can say about other places I’ve used in the area.
Billing was always on time and accurate—no surprise fees, no confusion. We lost a key fob once, and they handled it immediately. We also lost the key to our lock at one point, and they went out of their way to help us get the lock cut off and replaced quickly.
Katie and her team went above and beyond at every step. After using several other storage facilities around town over the years, I can say without hesitation that this is the one I recommend first. Honest, responsive, secure, and incredibly easy to work with. 5/5 stars.”

“Nicest unit in the town! We also had an another unit at a big business unit in town as well and it was no where near as this as this unit. Ground level so easy in easy out with furniture opposed to the other unit we had that had a two foot lip.If we need storage in future we would only go with Iron Mountain storage.”
