I bought new phones this week. The ladies in this office are nice. They also understand technical issues. The environment is fast paced. Be kind to these people they are doing more each day figuring things out than most of us do in a week.

BEWARE!! First time went to change the ownership. They said all is set still the previous remained in the system. Second time went to transfer ownership and payment. They took all Id's and info and confirmed all is set. Still charged the previous owner. đ¤Żđ¤Ż

Cody, with spectrum. Was awesome! Hooked everything up over the phone in minutes. Didn't have to wait more than 2 minuses topi talk to someone real on the phone. Great Customer service. Where's his heart on his sleeve. Great job man thank you forty the quick work. You did great Bro!!

LORI - she is without a doubt the rudest most sour hateful representative I have ever encountered at any establishment! We got new service I went to pick
Up equipment, I waited in line, witnessed her being extremely short and rude to three individuals in front of me. When it came to me she was clearly upset and bothered that I was there to pick up equipment. While waiting to pick up equipment I asked her about two landlines, internet and tv to install
At my business, how much it was and she got a bit kinder, but said oh gosh I wouldnât know off the top of my head. Are these representatives here to sell services? I just started internet today. TDS will be in our neighborhood soon, when it comes I will cancel. When asked why I will give them Loriâs name, she will be the sole reason, her, her attitude, her treatment of me and the other customer I witnesses.
I just want to add that an employee came out from the back and greeted me and was extremely nice to me and asked me how I was as she was telling Lori to have a good night when she was leaving. Lori is the only issue I had with spectrum today.
After reading some of the other 1 star reviews itâs clear they are describing the women I had to deal with . Why itâs this repeated behavior tolerated?

I've been a Spectrum customer for 10yrs their employees are the laziest people!!! you go there to pay your bill and there's six employees two are waiting on customers and the other four are sitting around looking at their computers knowing damn well that we have been waiting for at least 30 minutes if not longer! get new EMPLOYEES? you don't have good reviews

Upgraded to new phones 2 months ago and Lori was very helpful and knowledgeable. Tech Scottie was over this evening to repair an issue and what a great, knowledgeable person. There's hope for the world yet with people like these two

I have had three ISPs in my lifetime. Spectrum is by far the worst value for your money. The quality of service is spotty at best, and on top of that they have constant unannounced outages. Contacting customer support is like trying to pull teeth whenever I talk with them.

I appreciate spectrum and the no contract deals they offer with good competitive quality service, pricing and friendly interactions.
I will say I hope the company changes a couple policies, I have a home in one state I had to rent out and move to another state and change my residence to in a remote area that doesn't get spectrum internet and I'm pleased Mobil is still good here but when I bought a second phone line they wouldn't ship to my residence where I'm a registered voter and citizen just because my Internet service with them is at my rental, so between tax and shipping it was about a extra hundred for each if you use Fed ex and I had to pay some one to pick the phone up from my rental and go ship it off to my actual residence address.

Awful awful internet speeds. Canât even play video games. I upgraded 20$ for better speed and it got worse. Instead of fixing the issue spectrum decided to try to bullshit me to upgrade AGAIN because they didnât know what to say! I have had issues with this company. They refuse to help and just say âwhen using wifi you donât get good speedâ So what do I spend 80$ a month on? Spectrum store lied to me as well and said âfast internet for gaming. You wonât have any issuesâ. Just to get a sale. Horrible

Genuine crap. Canât wait for the newer companies to push these guys out of town. Theyâve enjoyed forcing their service over this area and itâs amazing watching them fumble the bag to companies that didnât even exist two years ago. I pay for their best internet just for it to be out at least once a week, and you can guarantee a large scale event be that slow internet or no internet at least once a month. And like others have said, their deals are just to get you in the door; youâll be quickly overpaying for mediocre services.
