There internet service sucks. I have to reboot the routers every time I go to watch my tv. It’s disconnects or won’t connect. Very frustrating.

Prices are super high after their "deals" end.
We upgraded our internet package because it said you could get a free line on a cell phone plan or a $100 visa gift card so after I upgraded on the app and called them they continued to tell me how that deal was only for "new" customers. They treat their loyal customers like garbage and never offer anything to them which is insane. The wifi constantly sucks and way over priced. I'd go with literally anyone else!

Worst service provider out there. Balloning payments. Mine more than doubled and I now pay $240 a month for the slowest internet they provide and the most basic cable package. They talk a good game with their internet speeds and channels but they will take it away without notice and your bill will double or worse. Pick any other provider.

Go with somebody else. I don’t have a signal at my house. I went on a trip and had absolutely no signal in the mountains for a week, which I expected, but somehow with no signal I went through all of my free 5g data. How does that happen? Walmart phones are better than this.

Constantly crashes, I have to restart my router at least 3 times a week. For the price you pay, it's not worth it. Unfortunately you don't have a lot of options in Butte so that's probably why they can get away with it. I'd stick to using a mobile Hotspot and just invest your money there.

Canceling service and moving to new internet provider. $100+ a month for internet is ridiculous when the service is terrible and the router and modem need to be reset every other day.

Internet speed is slow and constantly cuts out. They raised my bill to $110 a month! My "promotion" expired and they have no other deals to offer. I have been a customer for 20 years, yet new customers get a better deal - $49.99 a month. Nothing for loyal customers. Customers service reps are rude! As soon as I find another provider, I am cancelling my service.

Been a customer for with them for 30 years since we moved to this town I'm sure that's what was on spectrum but it's been the same cable company for 30 years during hunting season my husband got late putting in the checks all the checks always covered we were waiting for one in the mail and they cut off our service and wanted him to give them another check and so we got rid of him and I don't think I could be happier

The younger guy, helping us was having some issues with the pos system and the lady (little older, long dark hair with glasses) was just rude and barely even helping him. When asked if she could take our payment while the younger guy was trying to figure out how to take off a dvr, her exact response was " you have his account up". She literally wasn't helping anyone. I've worked customer service and there is no excuse for this behavior. Customers are the reason you have a job!
