The Pharmacy & All Pharmacy Staff are the most unprofessional, uncaring, uncompassionate, unempathedic, rude, abusive, deceitful, unknowlegable team I have ever encountered in any Pharmaceutical setting. In addition,
the pharmaceutical staff violate customer’s rights to privacy.

We stopped here for a few snacks as we were traveling through several towns in Montana in early March. I had been looking for a new candy that I had heard about and this was the first place I saw that had it in stock. It was very expensive....I have seen it in other places now for half the price I paid....and this location had it "on sale", LOL Other items that were purchased were more than other stores we had visited too, so we only got a few things. The store was clean enough and seemed to be well stocked in the areas I looked in. Service was ok, only saw one person at the front.

I don't go to Walgreens often, mainly just for cosmetic things or FedEx drop off. They are usually quick about check out and helpful with other things

I have put off rating this place for so long, but they are just so extremely rude and inept. Is it because they were awarded the Medicare RX supplier contract. They actually asked me to please have my RX's filled at CVS.

I had a prescription sent to the Butte Walgreens, and every time I went to get it they said it wasn't ready and to come back in an hour. This happened three times. The medication was never ready. I had it sent to a different pharmacy. It was ready within two hours.

Employees are always helpful, polite & courteous. If you check out the online app you can save alot of money. Prices are great. I buy all my detergent & paper products here. Clearance items are worth checking out also. They close at 10:00P.M. every night. Drive up Pharmacy also very convenient if you're in a hurry.
