“You show up, drop off keys with auto shop, they do their thing, efficiently, while you wait in their waiting area that has snacks and drinks, tv to watch and free WiFi to kill time until your ride is finished. The guy sits down with you and tells you what’s going with your vehicle when it’s done.”

“Sending a huge thank you to the team at this Napa Auto Parts! Dan, Shawn and Lynn Friede really helped us with a problem we were having with a fitting for towing our car behind our motorcoach. They didn't have the part, but took the time to investigate and then fix the part that was broken.I'd say this was above and beyond service!!! And they didn't charge anything and tried to turn down a gratuity. We left it anyways.Thank you!!!”
