“Nice self service car wash.
The water pressure is great. It'll knock off the dirt and bugs off your car. That's dependant on just how much dirt and bugs your vehicle is caked with, of course. It was still a good amount of soap being dispensed at 2:00 PM on a Friday. See the posted video for a demonstration of exactly how much soap was being dispensed.
Cash or credit payment accepted. At The time of this review, the cash price was $3 payable by quarters or coin dollars. I'm not sure what the time limit is for the $3 you pay. The credit card reader seems a bit fickle. It took a while for my credit card to be read properly. Apparently, the water stays on until you shut it off by pressing a button on the terminal. Remember to press the button at the end of your wash. Otherwise the time keeps going and your credit card will be charged for it. When I pulled in somebody had already paid and forgot to shut it off. I shut it off for them but he was already close to $10 time that they were running up.
I don't know how well the vacuum actually works. I didn't use it.”
“Not much to say I suppose! Was easy to get to from the road, wasn't busy, (but I went later at night, hoping to avoid people. So that may have been why. Also, people, I'm not antisocial, I promise. I'm just honestly terrified of all of you ?)
ANYWAY... the machine to pay for the automated wash was easy to use, gives you the option to use card or cash, good number of options for different washes, it seemed thorough and quick. Also plenty of vacuums to use.
Overall a good experience. I have no complaints.”
“I’m a laundromat newbie so not much to compare it to, but I thought it was a nice facility and met a great need in the area. There are plenty of machines and it stayed pretty busy. I came on a Friday about 930am. The card readers didn’t work, so plan to have cash with you. There is a change machine you can use and an ATM is at the Town Pump gas station a block east. (I did one large load of regular clothes, one large load with my bedding/comforter, and took a shower. I spent $30.25.) There are two showers on site. At the time of this review, it was $5.50 for a 6:15 minute shower. It’s a private room with the shower portion blocked off by a curtain and a changing area outside the curtain. Again, the whole shower is a private, lockable room. Clean, plenty of hooks, hot water, good pressure, and had a wall and overhead (rainfall) shower head. I didn’t get a picture of the shower, but I did use the shower. Will be here again. Good stop to meet your needs. (There is not a lot of seating to wait for your laundry). Staff on site when I was here because they offer laundry service as well. They were friendly and able to help with questions, machine issues, etc.”
